I was in Fri and Mon, so don't know which this is for. Both times went well. Monday they were about 10 minuts late having vehicle ready. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having bought my car from my dealership I would assume that a tire rotation would be free but, no it costs $21.00 + tax. No way to evaluate the quality of work done for a 105K maintenance until driven awhile. Price of $800 compared to the $300 or so for regular 15K maintenance when considering that valve adjustment and spa maintenance until driven awhile. The staff at Honda greeted me promptly when I pulled up for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. A staff member than came in and said the wiper blades could be replaced and got for an express oil change. Told me the wait would be about 40 min. A staff member than came in and said the wiper blades could be replaced and got my approval before automatically changing them and charging me. Service was done within 40 min time frame. Snacks, water, and magazines or the tv kept me occupied. I didn't bring my coupon with me but they did give me a few dollars off my oil change. Everything seemed to go well. More
