The internet negotiation feature is excellent, I would however recommend a bit more control on the sale of a vehicle that is in the process of having a deal negotiated. I know you are in the business of selling cars, but internet buyers should be afforded a bit of courtesy from the sales staff...meaning that if negotiation is ongoing on a particular vehicle, place that vehicle on a "sales hold" of some sort for up to 48 hours while negotiation continues...its the only constructive criticism I can provide. More

My experience with Williamson Honda was positive from the start. Scott answered all of my questions about the Ridgeline, some even before I asked them. He encouraged me to bring my wife in to test drive the truck also. When I brought her in he took time to show her many of the features also. I told him I wanted a blue truck, so he went to work and located one, secured it for Williamson Honda and had it trailered back to Lincoln for me. He never pressured me or tried to play games on the deal. I felt the deal I received was fair taking everything into consideration, the distance they went to get me the color I wanted, the shortage of vehicles due to parts shortages caused by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, and the lack of competition from other Honda dealerships in Lincoln. This is my second new vehicle purchase from Williamson Honda, and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a new Honda or a used vehicle. More
