We have always been impressed with their service and always have felt that we could trust them. Recently, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. While on vacation, and on a Saturday afternoon, the air conditioner on our 9 year old CR-V stopped blowing air. The air conditioner had been replaced about a year before, so I called Honda of Lincoln and left a message wondering which parts had been repaired and if we had a warranty. Even though their service department was closed, the Service Manager, Jeff, called me from home and talked me through the repair. He even visited with the Honda service team in Florida and helped them diagnose the issue, which they had initially misdiagnosed. He also checked back in after the repair to make sure everything was working smoothly. I feel as though Honda of Lincoln doesn't just view its customers as income, they truly care about us and our well being. We will continue to service (and purchase) there going forward. More
