We visited 5 dealerships in one day. This one is the only one that actually behaved like they wanted to sell a car. i was there in april to get a key fob. i saw a sheet on the counter for a full diagnostic and was told it costs $100 approximately. i requested an appt for this service as i was going on v i saw a sheet on the counter for a full diagnostic and was told it costs $100 approximately. i requested an appt for this service as i was going on vacation to the mountains and wanted my brakes checked along with the rest of the the inspection. honda had my ridge line from 815 to 430. when i picked it up i was told the tire tread was checked and the fluids, that’s all. i was specifically told my brakes were not checked. there was no charge but i could have had this minimal service done for 10 min at any oil change business. last week i took it to graham tire for an inspection and my rear brakes were shot. had i drove my truck through the colorado mountains and my brakes go out would have been disastrous. i am very disappointed in honda and felt ignored, unimportant, and tossed aside. i use my truck for my job interviewing inmates in all the state prisons. my husband died in february and i no longer have access to a second vehicle. you had my car for 8 hours for a 10 minute job and i could not work that day. glad for the opportunity to vent. good customer service has become quite existent these days. More
