I can be very picky and maybe a bit stubborn when looking at cars. Not once did I feel rushed. Russ was very helpful in answering questions, letting us test drive many different cars and was as excited as I was when we found the perfect car for us. Another sales guy, Joe, also helped us during the process and was extremely friendly during the process. Their comment was that they just wanted to help us find the right car! Once we made the decision to purchase, they were very fair with our trade. We felt the price they offered was extremely fair. The finance department was very helpful in going through the purchase contract and explaining our options with extended warranties. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything. They just took the time to explain our options and how the coverage would work. We ended up being at the dealership past closing time. They never tried to rush us out. They took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. It's one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had.
