He allowed ample time to show off the features of the car and enough time to test drive. Russ wasn't a pushy salesman just looking for a quick sale but rather took the time to accommodate what I was looking for in a vehicle. The issue was immediately identified and we were provided with a loaner vehicle while it was rectified by the excellent service department. Not an ideal situation, but because of our long history and confidence in the dealership we never once doubted that it would be made right. Can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. More

Right when we came in the dealership, the receptionist greeted us with her friendly welcoming smile and got helped immediately. Caleb Tran was our sales rep and he was totally helpful, patient, friendly and not pushy at all. He was so knowledgeable and answered questions we had. He was so accommodating to our work schedule and truly went out of his way to help us learn the bells and whistles about our new vehicle. We were also very impressed with the finance staff who were very friendly and helpful. Our very first new car was a Honda Accord that we purchased from the Honda Dealership when it was near downtown Lincoln and we're so happy that we came back "home" to Honda of Lincoln after purchasing our used vehicles from competitors.
