This was my first personal experience at the dealership and the staff was pleasant, helpful, and informative. The salesman, Joe Waite, showed me several cars and suvs, both new and used, pointing out differences and plus/minuses until we found a used HR-V that was right for me. Chad Erwin in the finance department was especially helpful. He broke down and carefully explained my loan, repayment options/schedule, etc. Also, Chad worked to help me find some additional coverage that would fit into my repayment schedule, not to mention the mountain of paperwork he had to fill out and copy. :) I would definitely recommend asking for him. Overall, a great experience with even better customer service. More
