Scott did his job effectively and was nice about it but the overall emotional impact on us was one of manipulation. I won’t tell anyone about Honda of Lincoln without mentioning that. Find a better way. In the end it made me feel strongly that your bottom line profit was more important than my customer satisfaction. More
