Alexis was great. Well informed, courteous, and patient. Able to answer our questions without having to check with someone. Post-sale warranties presentation was an Well informed, courteous, and patient. Able to answer our questions without having to check with someone. Post-sale warranties presentation was an unpleasant surprise. Reverse sequencing of warranty options is an effective technique but a huge put-off which we discussed privately afterwards. Scott did his job effectively and was nice about it but the overall emotional impact on us was one of manipulation. I won’t tell anyone about Honda of Lincoln without mentioning that. Find a better way. In the end it made me feel strongly that your bottom line profit was more important than my customer satisfaction. More
