Oil Change Myself and my Husband bought two new Honda Civics back in July 2017. His has been serviced twice for Oil Changes and this was my 1st one. This dealers Myself and my Husband bought two new Honda Civics back in July 2017. His has been serviced twice for Oil Changes and this was my 1st one. This dealership was bought by a different Auto Group than the one we originally purchased the cars through. I am satisfied that I got a "Free" Oil Change for my 1st one but am also confused as to why my Husband had to pay for his 1st Oil Change. I made a call to someone named "Maria" in Cordele, GA. that I was referred to and she didn't have a definite answer other than, "I don't know. Maybe because of the Dealership change." Anyways I left Sunbelt dissatisfied in 2015 and in July 2017 they earned my business back. I hope this new company is as Good as Sunbelt has been this go round. I would still like the "Free" Oil Change for my Husband's car since I think it's only fair. More
