Never again Similar to my review of the rest of the dealership. The dealership had my car for three days to diagnose a 2018 Accord 2.0 rough shifting issue. I started out by telling them its needs the clutch break in procedure. Two days later they performed that procedure after a conversation with Honda tech. Got the car back back last night. I was told that the issue was resolved. It was not. Car still shifts poorly. Treated with disrespect during the entire process. Will take the car to a another Honda dealer that is more competent. Botched Repair again. This is the 6th trip my 2018 Odyssey has made to the service department. The front drivers side was making a noise, I took it in Monday afternoon . Service tech called the next day and said the noise was replicated and they were working on the issue . After 2 days I called back to get the status. Was told today (after 5 days) there was no noise and nothing was wrong. Probably just needed some lubricant. I have been lied to multiple times by service techs. No straight answer ever. My car has been in the shop a total of 20 days since I’ve owned it. They are clearly no capable of diving the issue, communication honestly or having any kind of clue how to provide service. More
Recall repair botched and poor customer service I've had many problems with my 2018 odyssey. On its 3rd trip to the service department a recall for the sliding doors was performed. They put in fau I've had many problems with my 2018 odyssey. On its 3rd trip to the service department a recall for the sliding doors was performed. They put in faulty motors, damaged the weather stripping on the doors. I was sent home with a vehicle they knew was fixed improperly. Had to wait a week to get it in to repair the problem. When I showed up today they hadn't even ordered the correct parts to fix it. So I will have to make a 4th trip to this service department in a week. They have offered no apology for their actions nor done anything to help make it right. They did however offer to sell me another car at a much higher price than what is listed at any other dealer. When I questioned this, I got no response. I now have a car that has had the strut repacled at 3000 miles a sway bar replaced at 20000 miles. It has transmission problems, that the dealer says is the adaptive tramsission system, the apple car play rarely works, it brakes for no reason. A vehicle this new should not have these problems. PERIOD. The whole point of buying a brand new vehicle was to not have to deal with issues. I've spent countless hours waiting for it to be fixed, waiting on parts to be ordered, with no resolutions from this dealership. I loathe this car. It cost a fortune and every single day something isn't working properly on it. More

Poor service department I had my Odyssey in for service yesterday. Based on the "multi-point inspection" it was recommended that a number of things be done that had been by I had my Odyssey in for service yesterday. Based on the "multi-point inspection" it was recommended that a number of things be done that had been by another service provider within the last six months or less. For example, the transmission fluid and the power steering fluid was flushed/replace 6 months/2000 miles ago. The the transmission fluid is still bright pink and looks like it came right out the bottle. I declined. They also said I needed new wiper blades. New Goodyear Assurance wiper blades were installed 3 months ago and the car has been in a garage out of the elements. Seemed strange, but I authorized the replacement over the phone and requested that the old blades be returned to me. They were not returned, and I had to go back to retrieve them, minus one of the connectors. The "old blades were in like-new condition and far better the the flimsy ones that replaced them. More

I agreed to getting it done because I absolutely know nothing about cars it's been 3 days and I'm still having problems with the reason I went there in the first place I absolutely do not trust them and will not be going back get lied to again! Battery supposedly was fine after two dianostics, I refused to pay for second one. I was told battery was fine, recalls were done, oil changed. Car was recharged. I am on the road, notice radio also wasnt fixed as asked three imes. Four days later, same battery issue, take it back after major complaining and had to deal with Joe. He has a friendly attitude but is a snake. Now I'm told after getting a loaner car that I need a new battery, why wasnt I told that last week? Im also wonsdering if recall work was done as airbag area didnt look like itt had been touched.Radio still wasnt fixed and idiot Joe has my valet key and locks himself out of my car, calls me three times wanting me to come down at 9pm to unlock car. No, I'll be there in the morning. I get there in the morning asking for recharge to get home as they're not capable of fixing the battery, car is cold , covered in snow, not recharged. I asked Mr. Joe to at least recharge so I wouldn't stall on the way home, he didnt give a damn whether I got home safe or not. Joe also thinks everything is funny, ha,ha jokes on me but thank god, I got home. Will never step foot in Kenosha Honda again. More
