Overall the dealership is very nice including the staff. The issue I had was waiting over a full hour for a scheduled oil change. I noticed other customers had been scheduled for the same time. The whole point of “scheduling” an appointment is to get in and to get out right away and not have to sit around waiting for service. Either hire more staff, or just be honest with customers and schedule them when there’s an actual opening. More
