Constantly telling everyone in my family their Honda cars are not built good by the amount of service needed every oil change. Thousands of dollars to fix ever single time. Went in to get my pilot I just had purchased a week before hand checked out. Purchased it from another Honda dealer as a certified car but still had some alignment issues. I noticed it as the steering before hand checked out. Purchased it from another Honda dealer as a certified car but still had some alignment issues. I noticed it as the steering wheel was crooked in the vehicle when I kept the car going straight. Anyway, they told me I needed an alignment and I had them make sure to straighten the steering wheel out as a part of it. When they were finished I left and went down the street and it was still not straight (steering wheel) had to take it back and asked them to make sure they washed it after as well and he said well it’s under 32 degrees are you sure, I said yes I’m going right home now. So had to wait another hour to them to straighten my steering wheel out only for it to still not be right. $115 later. Then once I got to my car the second time it still wasn’t washed. Pretty disappointed with the service overall, from start to finish. Will be taking my service business elsewhere. Disappointing as you guys are close to him. More
