My appointment was never entered into the computer when I called, apparently. That was very inconvenient. The place was expensive compared to many others but that is fairly common. On President Day I bought a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and I’ve had multiple issues from day one. I’m not satisfied at all. From day one no gas cap and I found out when I went for gas a week later. Tire low light came on when drove out of parking lot. I went to the car wash and my daughter got wet sitting in the back seat drivers side. Seal messes up. My whole family went to Illinois to Portillos to eat and the vehicle was stumbling and when we got there check engine light came on. It was misfire and ignition coil from the gas cap not being on there from the start from Honda’s taught. I’m so uncomfortable with this vehicle purchase and EVERYTHING I said I was going to do I did and I feel as though Honda have lack of integrity. More
