They did a recall on my fuel pump. They also performed a multi point inspection as well. Not sure what they did, but now my vehicle drastically pulls to the left while driving. I started communicating with aron probably a year ago when i was just entertaining the idea of a new car. I found arron to be a laid back no pressure salesman and when i left that day i decided that this when i was just entertaining the idea of a new car. I found arron to be a laid back no pressure salesman and when i left that day i decided that this is the kind of person i wanted to work with. So when the offer came up with 0% financing then I decided to deal with arron and honda of kenosha. He made the whole experience of buying a car so easy and no stress and i sure do appreciate that. Then i delt with finance dept and they also continued that easy enjoyable experience and that includes the cashier. Looking forward to see how service dept is in near future. Thanks to all involved! two things I wanted looked at was brushed aside. Car has a roar and the service rep wanted to charge me $182 to address it .( this is a 2025 with about 4,500 miles on it. Second the car engine Car has a roar and the service rep wanted to charge me $182 to address it .( this is a 2025 with about 4,500 miles on it. Second the car engine does not kill at stop sign, has not ever worked for 2 months. rep said conditions have to be right for this to work. One of the error codes was that the system was charging. Car had about 4,500 miles on new engine and I had to pay $74 for a oil change. More
