That said, we do live in a severe climate, which can take it's toll on wear and tear items, such as brakes. Looking at your history, we did offer you a complete brake job at 25,000 miles at no cost. Due to the mileage you drive and our severe conditions, unfortunately servicing your brakes more often may be necessary. Hello Scott, We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our printer was down the day you were in, but Mary did offer you the opportunity to come back for a no charge inspection report. We are still willing to offer that if you would like to come in. Our technicians take their NH Inspection Licensing very seriously. If they fail to point out vehicle failures or falsely claim items fail, their licenses can be revoked. We assure you the items noted for your vehicle to pass it's inspection were completely necessary. The inspection station that you claim passed your vehicle for NH State inspection should be reported to the state, and we would recommend addressing the items found in our inspection as your vehicle is not up to NH State Inspection Standards.
