Jason, the Sales Manager, arranged to loan me a car while I explored new and used vehicles at the dealership. I had already worked with Patrick Kelly in the past and was happy to continue with him. Both Jason and Patrick, as well as the whole service department, were very helpful in answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Patrick Kelly was knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. I felt valued and unpressured by hard-sell tactics, and once I made my decision, everyone made the whole purchasing process very painless.
