Every time I go into Honda of Keene I have a great experience. Everyone from dealership are polite and friendly. I would tell anyone who was looking for a new or used car to go to Honda of Keene. Mary and John are always helpful when you go into the service department and everything that is done to your vehicle is explained to you as well as what they recomend be done. Brought my 2003 Civic EX in for servicing. It needed expensive repairs. Didn't want to put any more money into a car that old, EVEN THO IT ONLY HAD 48,000 MILES on it. Mentioned that maybe I should thin expensive repairs. Didn't want to put any more money into a car that old, EVEN THO IT ONLY HAD 48,000 MILES on it. Mentioned that maybe I should think about trading it in. That's what I wound up doing with a 2011 CRV with a 3-year lease. The monthly payment was a big factor and Lee worked around that figure. I was never pressured by anyone at the dealership. I think I made the right decision to get a newer vehicle. Lee was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I've always been happy with the personnel at this dealership. I'm just disappointed I didn't get more mileage out of my old Civic, even tho it was 8 yrs. old. I also am disappointed in the trade-in value, because I always serviced this car. It will clean up nicely (was very dirty today after all the melting snow & sand on the roads). Oh well, I feel safe in this new car & with the warranty I shouldn't have any big repair bills. Thanks Lee...it was a tough day for me. Thanks also to Mary Gagnon in Service Dept. who was very sympathetic with my situation and recommended me to Lee. More

James came higly recommended by our friends here in Windham. And they were right! James is a very professional and knowledgeable man, but he is also relaxed and fun to be with. There was no pressure, no "if you don't decide now...". Instead we went down the street and looked at another car. We did decide on the Honda CRV! The transaction went very smoothly and we were able to drive our shiny new car home that same day. We also liked the time James took to explain the workings of the car to us. (This is our first Honda). Thank you James and Honda of Keene for making getting a new car such a pleasant experience! More

I have dealt with the Fenton Family dealerships in the past and have been treated very well. I had a great experience at Honda of Keene. I found everyone, from Tim, to the Finance Manager to the Lease Manager to be accommodating with any questions I had as well as providing the additional "Food for Thought!" while I pondered on my final decision. I have bought 3 cars from Ken Colby at Honda of Keene, (2 used, 1 new) and every time I had a great experience. He was very helpful and only showed me cars that I was interested in and that were in my price used, 1 new) and every time I had a great experience. He was very helpful and only showed me cars that I was interested in and that were in my price range. When there was not a used car that fit my needs, he called me to let me know when one came in. I just bought my third car from Honda of Keene and every experience was great! What I have always appreciated most about Ken is that, unlike previous car salespeople I have met at different dealerships, he actually listened to and acted upon what I said I wanted......not just in terms of the car, but in terms of the car purchasing process. (I have little patience with the process). Once I make a decision to buy a new Honda, I do much of my 'homework' before actually going into the dealership. I've alway felt that Ken respected that, gave me the best possible price.was being honest witth me, and always made the process as painless as possible. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I purchased my last Honda on my lunch hour! I look forward to purchasing my next new Honda from Ken this summer. MARY GAGNON As often happens with service advisors, he or she gets to deliver the bad news in terms of necessary repairs. Mary has always taken the time to explain exactly why the repairs are needed in terms I can understand, offer possible options,is patient with my occasional frustration, and always seems to know what to say to 'make the medicine go down'. As a single woman, I have always been nervous about going to a dealership to buy a used car. All the horror stories about car salesmen! At Honda I was treated very well and not once did I feel I was being ta to a dealership to buy a used car. All the horror stories about car salesmen! At Honda I was treated very well and not once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. Ken Colby actually made me feel like one of the family. He listened to what I wanted and made a couple of suggestions as to what kind of car I might like. When I found a car that was perfect for me, I was able to take it to my own mechanic for an inspection before I decided to purchase it and Honda agreed to fix everything my mechanic recommended before I agreed to buy. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Ken at Honda of Keene. More

The reason that we visited Honda of Keene was the reputation of the dealership. I did a great amount of research about vehicles and Honda was our choice. We were treated like family and were given a reputation of the dealership. I did a great amount of research about vehicles and Honda was our choice.
