I normally do not take the time to do things like this,but in this case i am going to. James went above and beyond any service that i have received in the past! he is both personable and articulate and left me feeling as if i were part of the family and in fact had my own personal car salesman! Even if my car blows up tomorrow i would and will come back and buy another honda from the guys at honda of keene!!! even a week after buying my honda james has kept in touch with me to answer any questions that i might have and to make sure that i was completely satisfied with my new ride.what a wonderful experience !!!! The salesman I worked with was great except for the fact he told me I could expect 40mpg out of my '09 Civic. I have yet to come close to that and this was a MAJOR selling point in this car. The sales manager didn't bother filling me in on the extra cost tacked on to the loan. I would reccomend this dealership BUT would warn my friends of my experience. It was a quick and easy process which is what I was looking for. More

Very friendly relaxed experience. All questions answered appropriately. Tim was very helpful, efficient and professional. My car arrived when expected and had only 9 miles on it. Brian was great to work with. He did not pressure me into buying a vehicle. He asked me about what I wanted and then we both started the search for the vehicle that would fit my wants/needs. The financing process was smooth and Don was great to work with as well. The process was short and simple. I met the girls at the service desk and at the shop desk - all were friendly and smiled. The manager even took a picture of me and Brian with my new CRV and my old Jeep Wrangler (trade-in). I'm going to miss the Jeep but the Honda CRV has been great to drive and it is very economical. I am not a fan of purchasing cars. I list my parameters, I like a lot done behind the scenes without hours at a dealer. James was so accomodating, extremely professional and the most knowledgeable salesper I like a lot done behind the scenes without hours at a dealer. James was so accomodating, extremely professional and the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met in 25 years of buying cars. It was like working with family. Because of the service I received from James, I will never buy another car but a Honda and I will never buy another car from any other sales person but James. If Finances stresses you out, just simply list the price, tell them what you have to work with and let Janelle do her magic. It was done mostly via phone, quick visits to the dealer and then back for signing. That simple, no stress. I cant thant these two key people enough. More
I'm rating this dealer as excellent for the following reasons: - There were absolutely no surprises at any time during this relationship. There were no surprises no the final invoice. - Anyone I spoke to at the dealership was friendly and courteous. - The sales rep was courteous, professional, and personable. Any questions about the car, including my nit picky questions about the stereo inputs, break-in, key duplication, etc., were answered immediately and confidently. - The sales rep provided his direct phone line and E-mail address for any future questions or problems. - A minor point: The physical layout is pleasant (my wife even commented) and the waiting room looked comfortable. - This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I will most likely return here next time I'm in the market. More

He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the car, responsive to all questions, wonderfully patient, and extremely thorough in every aspect of taking us through the car-buying process. All other employees with whom we interacted we found to be wonderful as well. If every person interested in buying a Honda could have access to James, et. al., I have no doubt Honda's already great position in the car world would go stratospheric! These folks are really THAT GOOD--TOM SOUTHWORTH---MY HUSBAND and I bought our CR-V from this dealership because of Jame Giniewicz: we had expected to purchase at the dealership from which we bought our '07 Accord. But as soon as we starting working with James, the deal was sealed. No pressure tactics, no wheeling and dealing, just James being James: sincere, knowledgeable, thorough, and engaging. And because James was engaging, he made our car-buying experience fun. Fun is important, for it's disappeared from so much of buying experiences in this country. But many are engaging; few, though, have so many outstanding traits combined. We also found working with Donald McKinley, the business manager, a rare joy. He, too, was thorough, quick, and knowledgeable. Tim Stone was courteous, pleasant, friendly. I can't say enough about Tim. He knew the car I was interested in inside and out and was able to answer every question I had for him. He was not a "pushy" sale enough about Tim. He knew the car I was interested in inside and out and was able to answer every question I had for him. He was not a "pushy" salesman. Tim was patient and gave me thorough answers to all my questions or concerns. The entire atmosphere of Honda of Keene gives the sense of being at home with family. The dealership was very clean as well as the restrooms. Due to my tight schedule, I was still with Tim after the closing time but I did not realize this until I noticed the time on my own as Tim was not concerned in the least that the dealership had officially closed 20 to 30 minutes earlier. When I was concerned that I was keeping him after-hours, he was very sincere in letting me know that i shouldn't be concerned with that. Tim is a great salesman, and I will send anyone in the market for a new Honda to him. Jason McLean, General Manager was very accommodating as well. Again due to my busy schedule, he emailed me paperwork to get things moving along. Initially, I had been emailing back and forth for about a month with Sarah Wampler with my interests in purchasing a used vehicle and wasn't in any rush. She was very diligent in emailing me info on several different options for vehicles as I was not positive about what direction I wanted to go, Toyota, Honda, lease, buy. She stuck it out with me and was always kind and courteous. I wish Tim many more successful years as a salesman. More
