I came in looking for a used vehicle that I could afford. Mr. Ekblom met me in the lot and in a low key, but direct approach helped me narrow down my options. I felt safe and comforted in my search. That sounds like a strange commentary to offer concerning a car salesmen. I was able to share my ignorance of the process,that this was my first time buying as a single woman, and my fear that I could easily be taken advantage of and not know it. Being on a very limited budget it was imperative that I make a good choice. After a while Mr. Ekblom shared with me that he was also very new to the process as he had only been with the company for a short time. He was honest with me, sought advise from co-workers if he could not answer my questions, researched what I needed to know and all around assisted me through every step of the process. He was thourough, careful, professional, personable and laughed with me when appropriate. Never did I feel that "car-salesman" pressure I so detest while shopping for a car. It was an all around good experience. He may be new in this field, but veteran car salesmen could benefit from learning a few new sales strategies from Mr. Ekblom, obviously his previous sales experience is working to his benefit. The best part of the experience for me was that I was Mr. Ekblom's first "sale" customer! I have been driving the car for a little over a month. I was in to the service department for a minor adjustment and stopped in to the sales floor to say hi. Mr. Ekblom remembered me, wished me well and reported a few more sales. Working with Ken was great, he told us in full about leasing a car, what kind would be good for us for our needs, and took us for a road ride in the car that we picked up last night. He didn't care how many times we asked him a question even if we thought it was a silly one to ask. Ken went over everything that we needed to know and then some other information to help with the car. When we were ready to leave he came out and pointed things out to us again what we might have forgotten since we went for a ride in the car over a week ago, he set our radio and clock for us and told us to call him or stop in to see him anytime if we had a question or was unsure about anything. This is our fourth Honda and we have dealt with Ken every time and will continue to do so in the future. More

After some negotiations we arrived at a reasonable price for both parties. Brian was persistant in a good way. He finally won me over to this deal amongst a number of other opportunities I was following. The finance guy got me a great rate and a great warranty. Buying a car can be a horrendous experience. This is magnified when your old car dies at the wrong time. My mini van died at 160K (honda oddysey) and had been regularly serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendation. The transmission died in a traumtic way when I was hoping to get another 40k out of the vehicle. I was hoping to get some more loyalty leverage when I had to buy as I had trust in this dealership. All in all I think I got a good deal. More

They only do what needs to be done and there is no pressure to replace this or do that in order to make more money. Our salesperson Craig was very attentive, courteous and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable. After the sale, he called to confirm appointment times with us to pick up our car. The receptionist was friendly, the Sales Manager was well organized and efficient in handling al of the paperwork to transfer the car. And we believe we were treated fairly on our trade-in. The dealership is conveniently located, is clean and appears to be run in a very professional manner. Every employee we saw was courteous and acknowledged us while we were in the showroom. A very good experience and I would recommend Honda of Keene to my friends. More

Whether I have leased or purchased a vehicle, my dealings with Mr. Colby have always been friendly, relaxed and very professional. Mr. Colby and Honda of Keene provide top notch customer service before, during and after "the sale". I have never been disapointed with any service I may have needed. Honda of Keene is a very clean and friendly environment. Today I leased my 11th Honda and was treated very fairly in getting into the vehicle I wanted. Found car through Honda's CPO site. After reviewing car online a price was negotiated with the dealership in advance and credit rating was also completed in advance. Arranged a time to see vehicle. Although arriving a little early the car was very dirty upon arrival and sales person had to wash by hand while we waited. Car was in the condition we expected and we purchased the vehicle. The time to complete the transaction was very lengthy considering the negotiations were already complete. We had to sit and wait for quite some time to see the business manager and sign the paperwork. Tim was great, very friendly, explained things well and did everything he could to make us comfortable. In the end we are very happy with the car and would look at them again in the future. Just need to find a way to shorten up the time to complete a transaction especially one that is already negotiated in advance. More
