I filled out my application for financing on line and was immediately contacted that it had been received, I also gave them my trade-in information sight unseen and felt that the difference between pay-off and what they would give me would have been added to the new vehicle, that did not happen as I was given the new vehicle for exactly the price we had agreed upon. In the past I know that this puts the customer upside down after making the purchase right off the bat. I met with both Ken Colby the salesman and Don the finance manager and I found them both to be upfront and straight forward with all my questions and the paperwork involved.
