From the get-go, James was friendly, polite, knowledgable about his products and clearly happy to be doing his job. We had previously worked with other area salesmen who were either unaccomodating, unavailable at times convenient for us, and/or pushy. James was there on a Sunday with a smile on his face, gave us the freedom to test drive the vehicles we wanted, and spent as much time with us as we needed. He even allowed our Labrador, our constant companion,to check out "his portion" of the Insight - just to see if he would fit comfortably (he didn't.) Oddly, we weren't planning on buying a Honda at all. We were leaning heavily towards buying a Prius,but our Toyota salesman was unavailable that day to let us test drive one, and there was Honda of Keene right next door; so we thought, "why not check out their hybrid?". While we liked the Insight,it just wasn't right for toting a large Lab around. That and fuel economy were key factors in choosing a new car, and when I asked James about the Honda Fit, he showed us one right away. Within minutes we were taking it for a test drive. The car turned out to be a total gamechanger, meeting all of our needs (Lab included). We both returned with smiles on our faces and were ready to buy. James was very thorough in explaining options,availability, etc.; although sadly, Honda wasn't offering much in the way of incentives or financing. (Really, our only criticism, and nothing James had any control over.) We returned the next day to have our trade-in appraised, and signed a contract to buy the 2012 Honda Fit Sport. Again, James did a great job in walking us through a process we had not been through in almost 12 years; thorough, friendly and funny to boot - a truly likeable guy that made what could have been a stressful experience a real pleasure. Even though we purchased the least expensive vehicle Honda offers, we were treated as if we were buying their priciest,and we have James to thank for that. We would recommend this dealership, and James Giniewicz in particular, to anyone looking at Hondas. We can't wait for our new Honda Fit Sport to arrive! Thank you James!
