Purchased a 2008 Honda CRV on 12/23/11. James Giniewics Purchased a 2008 Honda CRV on 12/23/11. James Giniewics the sales person was a pleasure to work with on the deal. He was professional, fair, honest, Purchased a 2008 Honda CRV on 12/23/11. James Giniewics the sales person was a pleasure to work with on the deal. He was professional, fair, honest, and was caring about my purchase. Never had a more smooth car transaction, and I have purchased a great number of vehicles. James stuck by his word to treat me right all the way through the deal. To summarize, I came in with two vehicles to trade for the 2008 CRV. My goal was to eliminate my up and coming out of pocket expenses on a 2001 CRV and a 2004 Nissan Titan, and secure a newer model vehicle with a predictable monthly payment. In the end with the help of James and the Honda of Keene staff I was able to secure a loan on the 2008 CRV for less per month than I was paying on 2004 Nissan Titan, and it included a 4yr bumper to bumper warranty!! The conclusion is I had 1 1/2yrs left to pay on the Nissan Titan, and now have 5yrs to pay on the CRV. However, my monthly payments are lower and pretty much fixed, as I do not expect the out of pocket suprises with a 2008 CRV and a 4yr bumper to bumper warranty. Also, this will lower my insurance cost going from a 3 car household to a 2 car. And the best part is the peace of mind driving a newer model vehicle with low miles. Congratulations to James Giniewics and the Honda of Keene dealership for a very satisfied customer. I HAVE BEEN A HONDA CIVIC OWNER FOR AROUND 17 YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A RELIABLE MODE OF TRANSPORTATION FOR MY 160 MILE DAILY COMMUTE. OF THE THREE CIVIC'S THAT I HAVE OWNED THEY HAVE NEVER LEFT ME STRA HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A RELIABLE MODE OF TRANSPORTATION FOR MY 160 MILE DAILY COMMUTE. OF THE THREE CIVIC'S THAT I HAVE OWNED THEY HAVE NEVER LEFT ME STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. I HAVE PUT WELL OVER A MILLION MILES COLLECTIVLY ON THEM. I STOPPED BY A FEW DEALERSHIPS AS WELL AS DOING A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF RESEARCH ONLINE. THEN I STOPPED BY HONDA OF KEENE. I ALREADY MADE UP MY MIND THAT I WAS GETTING ANOTHER CIVIC. WHEN I WALKED INTO THE DEALERSHIP I MET ROBERT AND HE WAS VERY POLITE. HE ASKED ME WHAT I DID FOR WORK AND I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS A FLIGHT ENGINEER IN THE AIR FORCE...WELL LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT ROBERT SHARED A PASSION FOR AVIATION AS MUCH AS ME. WE SHARED SEVERAL STORIES...IT WAS LIKE SITTING IN YOUR LIVING ROOM TALKING TO AN OLD FRIEND. I ALMOST FORGOT WHY I WAS THERE. WHEN WE DID START TALKING ABOUT THE CIVIC'S HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND UP FRONT WITH ME...NOT PUSHY AT ALL! IN THE END HONDA OF KEENE ENDED UP GIVING ME THE BEST DEAL BY FAR THAN ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. THEY WERE POLITE, HONEST AND UP FRONT WITH ME RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. THANK YOU ROBERT AND HONDA OF KEENE FOR MAKING MY FOURTH HONDA CIVIC PURCHASE AN EASY ONE. BY THE WAY...I CURRENTLY HAVE A 2005 HONDA CIVIC WITH 270,000 MILES THAT I WILL KEEP DRIVING BACK AND FORTH TO WORK BECAUSE I BELEIVE IT'S JUST GETTING BROKEN IN AND HAS MANY YEARS LEFT IN IT. The quality of the work was exemplified by James' knowledge of my vehicle right down to showing me the ventilation filtration system behind the glove box and his ability to show me all the benefits of owning a Honda Civic Hybrid. The friendliness shown in the dealership was exemplified by the salesman beside James' desk who talked with me while I was waiting for James to arrive and James's friendliness was shown every time we were together by his thoughtfulness towards my needs and concerns. My overall experience was one of complete satisfaction, from the receptionist, financial agent,and the manager to James, each person was exceedingly helpful and courteous. The price I got for my 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid was the best I could have gotten from anyone else and the rate I got from your financial agent was the lowest possible rate I could have found.I have bought 2 wonderful cars from Honda of Keene and I have recommended you to my friends and family. I went Honda looking for a new car. We went in on Thursday Thanksgiving day looking and found the 1 we where looking for. He then asked us if we wanted to test drive the car while they looked at our trade in so we went for a ride with him, he explained all the new features of the car. We both drove the car and loved it. Went back to the dealership and took the trade. Then went to finish the deal and he gave us more oppositions which was GREAT help. I had a call from Debbie asking how I liked the car. What I found was this dealership was the best we have been to in a long time, we traded a ford Pickup and I would NEVER GO BACK that dealership again, they could have cared less about us and I was there before Honda, the service department made sure all the extra stuff we wanted was put on SURE AN GLAD I TRADED WITH HONDA OF KEENE thanks for everything Joe and Hope Kellogg More
