My experience with Honda of Keene started off on the right note. I sent an email inquiry about a used car they offered on their website. I wrote it at 5pm on my way out of the office. I had a response before I got home accepting my offer. The good experience didn't end there. I showed up at opening the next day to be directed to a salesman who was calm and worked on my time. I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way. The closure of the deal was also pleasant. My offer was already in their system. I didn't have to negotiate. They worked with me on financing and everything was a pleasant no rush situation. I called to pickup the car a day early and there was no problem. I would shop with them again either new or used. The only challenge I had was that i was told originally I was meeting one rep, and after arriving that rep had the day off--HOWEVER we were handed over to Robert, and that was a bonus. I spent a month visiting dealerships in Western MA looking for a gently used car. We had our sights set on one of these: Passat, Accord, Fusion, or Altima. They suggested several other cars available in their huge inventory and invited me to come up and drive them. James was incredibly polite, very knowledgeable about the cars and quick to find out exactly what I needed to know about each car and its history. The team at the dealership seemed genuinely happy in their work and made an effort to be helpful and not at all pushy. They worked with me on the price and we were able to get to a deal quickly without any drama. They showed respect for the research we had done and took our lead in the process to find the right one. Within a few minutes of speaking with James, we were seated at his desk to go over some preliminary questions so we could get started on what my needs were and why I was visiting Honda of Keene. James mentioned leasing as a option due to my low miles of my trade in vehicle. Upon driving the new vehicle, and discussing leasing options, my choice was easy. I have leased a brand new 2012 Honda Accord and drove away just 4 days later with my new car. James Giniewicz has an ease with customers and great listening skills. He can incorporate any discussion or conversation with a positive and witty perspective. He looks you in the eye when speaking, and made decision of leasing a vehicle very easy to understand while answering all of my questions. This young person was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend to any of my friends to go to Honda if they are in the market for a vehicle. The Sales Manager Stephen Brynn was also friendly and easy to talk with.
