Buyers Beware !!! I was looking to purchase a new Honda from this dealership and I started by going to their Website and clicking on send me your best Eprice for a new I was looking to purchase a new Honda from this dealership and I started by going to their Website and clicking on send me your best Eprice for a new car purchase. I received the quote and then was bombarded by emails from numerous people from this Dealership. I went into the dealership and spent HOURS driving acouple cars and WAITING and WAITING to get my tradein value for my car. I never did receive my tradein value and this dealership plays the game where noone is sure where your keys and registration are so you cant leave the dealership. The salesman must have asked me a 1/2 diozen times if I was ready to buy a new car today even though noone could come over and give me a tradein value of my trade. The salesman then tells me that the car is 2600.00 than the price I received via email. Ive been treated better from the worst reviewed Dealerships. BUYERS BEWARE. Honda of Keene has LOST all my business and my families business and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from this dealership More

Tried to scam me Please do not trust this dealership. I took my car here for a state inspection. I was told it needed new tires, all new brakes/rotors, $1,800 in repai Please do not trust this dealership. I took my car here for a state inspection. I was told it needed new tires, all new brakes/rotors, $1,800 in repairs total. I knew something was off because I just had a flat tire, and I was going to replace all 4 but I was told the rest looked good. But this is when it gets really disgusting. After handing me this massive bill, they then try to push their repair financing credit card on me to pay for it... To top it off, they never gave me an official vehicle inspection report, which the state requires they give with each inspection. When I called them about it later, they said their "printer was broken". If that was true, why not tell me about it earlier? Probably because they didn't do a real state inspection but still charged me $40 for it. I decided to get a second opinion at a mechanic I knew was honest, and they passed it without even mentioning any of the things Honda of Keene said needed fixed. I think they saw a young guy in a nice car and thought they could take advantage of me. I will be reporting this place to the state for failing to provide an official inspection report, and I will also be reporting this incident to Honda since they do not deserve to be a licensed dealer. More

satisfied customer Alex greeted us and showed us the used vehicle we came to see-we were happy with the vehicle and made the decision to purchase right away. He patiently showed us how all of the features worked and we started the paperwork. He was very curteous and answered all questions. My only complaint would be the amount of time we had to wait to see Dan, the finance manager. We arrived there at 10 AM and made the decision to purchase within the first half hour but we did not leave the dealership until about 2 PM!! It took so long for Dan to be available but once we got into his office, he handled everything very professionally and in a timely manner. Quite happy so far with the purchase. More
