James took great care of us when we came in to look at a Honda Fit, we ahd come to look, we knew what we expected/wanted out of a new car and by the time we left that evening we had committed to a new Fit, Honda Fit, we ahd come to look, we knew what we expected/wanted out of a new car and by the time we left that evening we had committed to a new Fit, not even on the lot yet!! This is the second leased civic that i have. Both of the times i have worked with James he has been pleasant and very friendly. He shows highly that he loves his job and stands behind Honda. I purchased a '06 Rav4 in 2010 from Fenton and I was very pleased with the dealership and my SUV. Although I really liked my Rav, the economy and gas prices have forced me to consider whether a vehicle with pleased with the dealership and my SUV. Although I really liked my Rav, the economy and gas prices have forced me to consider whether a vehicle with better mpg was a better financial investment. So, I started researching, spending a lot of time mulling over the choices and the facts. Ultimately I decided that the 2012 Fit Sport was going to save me considerable money in the long run. Over the course of my time with purchasing the Rav and looking at the Fit, Brianna has been right there to answer my questions and set up my appointments over email. She's to be commended on a tremendous job (and likely doesn't get the accolades the face to face folks do). When I arrived at Honda to look at the Fit, Craig took over SEAMLESSLY. He was respectful of what I had already known and researched, while being able to answer my additional questions. There was never any pressure, which made an exciting but financially stressful decision easier to deal with. I appreciated the help from Craig and his manager in getting a fair trade-in value (another plus with Fenton because of their multiple brands). Although the initial color I wanted was not available, Craig tried to locate one and did come up with my second choice and worked on getting it to Keene in an expedited manner - about 48 hours after the decision to purchase, I had my new car. Don was great with all the paperwork and helping to explain my options. I had already recommended Fenton to a co-worker who purchased their Toyota from there shortly after my Rav and then just a couple months ago, was able to recommend and support my friends decision to get their 4Runner through Fenton. Although I live in the Upper Valley in Vermont, the confidence I have in my experiences with Honda and Fenton in general will keep me traveling down for my vehicle needs. I ended up with a 4 year old Honda Civic Hybrid and I love it. My first non-Subaru in many years! James was friendly and fun and there were no surprises. More
I began looking at cars in the fall of 2011, Tim Stone was the salesperson to greet my boyfriend and I. After talking with Tim and test driving a few cars, I told him I'd be back when I made up my mind. 6 was the salesperson to greet my boyfriend and I. Tim was thankful that we remembered him after the time had passed. Tim was not pushy, he did not call weekly to push me into a sale, he answered questions professionally and in a timely manner. I picked the car, color and options I wanted. Tim worked to find the car I wanted so they could get it in for me. I would recommend Tim Stone to anybody looking to purchase a new or used Honda. The only recommendation I have, which has nothing to do with Tim directly is for the rest of the staff to have better communication, make sure everyone is on the same page and not make the customer initiate each call once the purchasing process has started to find out where things were at (talking 3 days here). And to inspect each car before it is driven off the lot for dents, dings, dirt and dust inside. I've had my 2012 Civic for a little over a week now and I absolutely love it! In the end I am glad my boyfriend and I went back to visit Tim Stone at Honda of Keene and give him our business. More
I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Honda of Keene. I worked with Tim Stone, and both he and the manager Jason Mclean were great. I had some trouble finding a car, but the two of them did everything they could to make sure that I found everything that I was looking for and more. I was in the dealership on several different occassions and each time I was greeted promptly and politely. Tim always made sure to remind me to make myself at home, and he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I purchased a 2009 Honda Civic Lx Sedan with 27,000 miles and got a really great price for it. Both Tim and the manager were aware of my price range and made sure that they found me the best car within my price range. This was very important for me as I am a recent graduate student on a tight budget due to having to pay back student loans. The gentleman that I did my financing with, Don McKinley, was also great. He ran into some problems, but was still able to find a bank that would finance me. He took the time to explain the importance of GAP coverage to me and why this is a good safe guard to have in place. It increased my payments by nine dollars a month but now I know that I have a lot of protection in place, and I appreciate him leading me in the right directions. I am so truly grateful for these guys and the fact that I now have a nice new car sitting in my driveway :) I would reccommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, who wants to do business with honest salesman, rather than those who are not truly interested in the customer's best interest. I am confident that they will do whatever they can to meet your needs and you will leave a satisifed customer. More
