These guys were great! The negotiated fairly and the entire process moved smoothly. However I do need to take my car back to have the brakes fixed and the antenna needs to be secured better. I explained what I wanted to Ken, was adamant about my budget, and he was able to find the perfect car for me. The process moved seamlessly to Don who was able to compare loans and rates with other banks, including my own, and he found me a great rate at a monthly payment I could afford. This is my second Civic bought from Ken and I plan to continue to do business with Honda of Keene. Thank you guys!!
