This was by far the best sales experience I've had, including new or used cars. There was no pressure from the salesperson, he was very knowledgeable about the product (I thought I already knew everyth including new or used cars. The dealership was in between reconditioning shops, so the general manager himself detailed the car for delivery! The F&I guy was excellent, with no pressure trying to push additional product. Overrall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More

On Thursday June 27, 2013 my daughter and I traveled from Jericho, VT to Keen, N.H. to buy a new Honda Odyssey. We traveled this distance after making extensive phone calls to Honda dealers throughout Maine Jericho, VT to Keen, N.H. to buy a new Honda Odyssey. We traveled this distance after making extensive phone calls to Honda dealers throughout Maine, N.H. and Vermont and found that both Dover N.H. and Keen N.H. had the BEST price on this car. We chose the Keen dealership bc we had three young children in tow and wanted to do the least amt. of driving. Over the phone we had been told to deal with a gentleman named Jason (The general manager)Upon entering your showroom we were greeted by Timothy Stone. He was personable and very polite. When he questioned the price we'd been quoted he immediately called his general manager who came to speak with us. When we told Jason the price we'd been quoted over the phone he immediately agreed to sell us the car at the price we'd been quoted. A price war might have ensued, but it did not. Jason and Timothy could not have been more genuine, helpful, or knowledgeable. Timothy took me on a test drive and explained the many options available in the 2013 Odyssey. We then returned to his office and talked about additional options. I found Timothy knowledgable, friendly, easy going, and extremely genuine. He won my trust completely. This trust by the way, had been broken by a Honda salesman in 1998 when, after the death of my son and subsequent divorce from my husband of 29 years, I was sold a Honda Passport and never told that it had an Isezu engine. I vowed at that time I would never own another Honda, turning instead to Toyota. It was my daughter who owned a 2010 Odyssey who suggested I give Honda another chance. We were both extremely impressed by all the folks we dealt with at your dealership on Thursday; so much so that I will give glowing reports to anyone who asks about my new car and will always call your dealership FIRSTwhen I am ready to trade up to the next model. I want to personally thank Timothy Stone and Jason for being 100% genuine, knowledgable and friendly to work with during the process of purchasing this car. Your dealership has my life long business! I had a phenomenal experience at Honda of Keene. This was the first vehicle I've ever purchased totally on my own so I was quite nervous. Tim Stone was amazing. He felt quite badly that he was not able to show me more features of my new car but I had to leave to get my son home so his wife could go to work. He is very willing to meet with me again to go over a few things. I have figured out a few items on my own because the car is very very user friendly. Don McKinley was also amazingly helpful. He too should receive a score of at least 30. My whole experience had a score of at least 30. A longtime customer (Vera Pomponio) was correct in saying how great Honda of Keene is to deal with. Awesome dealership for service. I have a 2001 Honda Odyssey and the pricing for a 200,000 mile service beat either of the other two dealerships that we checked. I went to Honda and was looking for a small sedan and that had great gas mileage. My old car broke down on highway 91. The engine was ruined. My wife and I decided to buy a car the following day in Keene without knowing the dealerships. We tried out several cars and were not hurried at all. At no time did I feel that I was being pushed for a sale. It was actually a fun experience trying out several cars. We bought a car and drove out with it on the same day. Mark was very responsive and answered all our questions. Very personable and professional. The really nice touch was receiving an email 3 weeks after our purchase asking us if we were satisfied and if we had my further question. Mark is excellent! More
