This is the third car we have bought from Kenny Bussiere. We would not have bought a new Honda if Kenny had been working at any of the other Fenton dealerships and could not sell us one. I just leased a 2013 Honda Civic EX Coupe from Honda of Keene. Mark Bouley quided me through the process. Mark's helpfulness, patience, honesty and availability certainly go a long way towards earning my business. Stephen Brynn, Don McKinley and Mark Bouley made the process a snap. I came in on a Friday morning and drove away with a new vehicle in no time. I believe this recent deal is my 12th or 13th Honda, and all purchased or leased at Honda of Keene! All serviced at Honda of Keene! With the exception of Mark, all with the same Sales Consultant! Over a twenty-five year span of time, I guess I'm pretty loyal to Honda vehicles, this dealership and the sales staff I choose to work with. Why go anywhere else? More

We were so impressed by the absolute and overall professionalism of the sales staff at the Honda dealership. Honda of Keene was THE BEST! I went in there because I "owned" a 2002 Honda Accord EXL Coupe and I loved my car. My hopes were to put a new engine in and MOVE along so I wouldn't have car payments. But "owned" a 2002 Honda Accord EXL Coupe and I loved my car. My hopes were to put a new engine in and MOVE along so I wouldn't have car payments. But turned out the sub frame and sooooooo many other things were no longer safe. Bottom line, I was driving an unsafe vehicle and it was time to do something new. So Nick in service put me in touch with Kenney in sales. I don't think he had any idea what he was in for! lol... If I was buying a car, it was going to be the PERFECT car! White, leather, dual climate control and so on. We cycled through the inventory and well, with all the combinations, there wasn't the PERFECT car! But NOPE, Kenney didn't give up on me. He worked some magic and the rest is history. I'm now driving a 2013 Honda Accord Sport, had leather put in and have all the other combinations I wanted! It rides so good, I'm having a hard time wanting to work. Would MUCH rather go on a LONG vacation! But, now have payments. THANK YOU KENNEY for making this a FUN experience with NO pressure EVER! Since my previous salesperson retired, I had to work with a new person. Having bought at least 8-10 Hondas, many of them from Lee, I was a bit concerned about finding a new salesperson whom I would like wor a new person. Having bought at least 8-10 Hondas, many of them from Lee, I was a bit concerned about finding a new salesperson whom I would like working with as much as I had Lee. James came forward and introduced himself and I was pretty certain from the get-go that I would feel well served by working with him. James is a fine listener, knowledgeable about the models, and adept at helping me understand what factors went into the 2014 pricing and how my 2011 model would price out for lease buyback. I gave him a monthly lease payment amount that I could not exceed, and he was able to come back with plan that would get me there. I had to put down a bit more than I had hoped to, but James explained the details behind that and I think it made sense. I stopped in at the dealership this past Saturday just to get an idea of new model leases and what my present car would be worth. I had no intention of trading in for a 2014 model on that day. But, James made a good and fair case for moving forward that day. So, I did, and I am pleased that I did so. James called me today (Monday) to follow-up with me on the price of an option that I was interested in and to see how I liked my new CR-V. He was prepared to answer any questions I had. I thoroughly enjoyed working with James! And, I am very pleased with my 2014 Honda! More
