One Great Dealership!! I went into Honda of Keene because I purchased my first Honda a 2006 Honda Civic there , I called first and asked questions and was encouraged to fill I went into Honda of Keene because I purchased my first Honda a 2006 Honda Civic there , I called first and asked questions and was encouraged to fill out an application, I did and then went into the dealership were I was helped by Kenny, who answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was his one and only customer, Having worked in customer service I know how important it is to have the attention of the sales person helping you, I explained my situation, told them what I could and could not do, what type of vehicle I was looking for. Kenny then brought me out a 2013 Honda Civic Coupe LX, I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. I then proceeded to discuss my options with Kenny and Jason went about getting me the vehicle, There was very little stress and they were true to their word, Jason worked hard to get me my vehicle and Kenny worked hard to help as well, On Monday 05/05/2014 I left with my new vehicle after signing all the paper work with Charlie who also made purchasing easy and not stressful, I had such a wonderful group of guys that really went out of their way to make my new car possible, Bill Fenton should be proud of his staff, and anyone interested in getting great service and a super car buying experience, I highly recommend Honda Of Keene, A highly great group of people. I had been considering trading in my present vehicle and leasing a new one for about a week. I had several models in mind, all from different makers, but after reading Consumer Reports I decided to try for leasing a new one for about a week. I had several models in mind, all from different makers, but after reading Consumer Reports I decided to try for the Honda Fit. When I arrived at the dealership, Kenney met me at the door and immediately made me feel welcome and totally at ease. I explained what I was looking for, and he promptly showed me the Fit that was in the showroom, explaining all the features it had to offer. We sat down and discussed specifics - they had what I wanted in stock and before I could say "boo" we were taking it for a test ride! I loved the car!! From there it was just a matter of putting the numbers together, and Kenney worked with me to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I never once felt pressured or like I was getting a hard sell. He was very up-front with me and did everything he could to make sure the numbers were what I was looking for. I returned the next evening to pick up the car - it was very clean and all the additional floor mats and such had been properly installed, and it had a full tank of gas. They were unable to get the running to the registry done for me as was the plan, but they put dealer plates on the car so that I could take it home as I had been promised. The registry/insurance running was handled the next day, and this morning they actually came to my office to install the new plates on my new car!! I thought that was exceptional service, especially since it's about a 45-minute drive to the dealership from where I live. This was by far the easiest car-buying/leasing experience I have ever had, and Kenney was almost as excited as I was about me getting the car I loved!! Even Don, the finance guy, was so pleasant - he made the fact that I was "signing my life away" seem so easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Kenney!! More
