I would not recommend this dealership, especially the service department. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from them over the years and we're taking all of our business elsewhere due to their dishones service department. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from them over the years and we're taking all of our business elsewhere due to their dishonesty. Our recent experiences involve the Service Department trying to scam us on brake repairs that weren't needed. One case was a new civic that they claimed needed new brakes at just 21k miles to pass inspection, and even though brake inspection was fine at 25k, by 31k needed "Immediate attention". I declined, inspected the brakes personally, and found them to be in like-new condition. Took the car to another service station who didn't report any issues. Took photos, and tried to address with Service Manager Dave Vagt and GM Jason McLean who doubled-down on their lies. When exiting the dealership, I overheard them trying the same scam on another customer, explaining how her new Honda urgently needed brakes because she didn't drive it enough. Then they tried a similar scam with my wife. A year later, a different dealership reported that the civic brakes were still "like new". Wife also declined and has gone almost a year with her same brakes as well. Never again. I have the paperwork, emails, and photos to support my claim More

We went to look at a used Honda. While Sabrina was personable, she was not very knowledgeable, and repeatedly gave us conflicting information about warranties and policies. Our biggest issue with personable, she was not very knowledgeable, and repeatedly gave us conflicting information about warranties and policies. Our biggest issue with this interaction was that she repeatedly assured us that the "Certified Used" warranty offered through the dealership was "the same thing" as the Honda Certified Pre-Owned warranty, because "Honda doesn't do warranties, they just do financials." This did not sound right to me at the time, but she insisted, and said that they had to pay Honda to have it certified, so it was definitely certified (which was also contradictory to her other statement). I resolved to research on my own before making a decision. We ended up really liking the car, so took it to our mechanic to have him check it out (overkill for a truly certified vehicle, but we wanted to be sure). While waiting for our mechanic to finish, I researched the warranty thing and clarified that of course Honda *does* do their own certified pre-owned vehicles and that the Fenton in-house used warranty is not the same thing at all. Despite the issues with the salesperson, we decided to buy the car. When we returned to the dealership, they went through every single smarmy dealer cliché there is. It would have been funny if it weren't so annoying and pointless. Additionally, Sabrina and her manager both repeatedly lied to our faces and denied things they had clearly stated as fact earlier in the day. The offer we made and the price we would have agreed to were reflective of the price of the vehicle *without* the Honda Certified Pre-Owned warranty. Honda of Keene still wanted to charge actual Honda certified prices, so we walked away. Even in the current crazy car market, that vehicle sat on the lot for at least two months. The experience we had at Honda of Keene was unpleasant and dishonest enough that it put us off ever even entertaining the thought of purchasing a vehicle from any of the many Fenton dealerships again, which is unfortunate because they are the closest. I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle and things went downhill immediately. They talk a good talk but when it really comes down to customer service they are desperately lacking. I vehicle and things went downhill immediately. They talk a good talk but when it really comes down to customer service they are desperately lacking. I was reprimanded for speaking to a different individual because the one that I was told to speak with was busy. I requested that any touch up that can be done PRIOR to the paint protectant to be taken care of but it wasn't. Very disappointed! More

Since I've owned the car my brakes have been replaced twice and now they they need 400$ of work (the rotors need to be resurfaced). I can't believe that a car should go through 4 sets of brakes (including the original) in that amount of time (one set of brakes lasted less than 4k miles). When I asked the dealer for assistance I was told this was normal. More
