He is extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles in general and specifically about my vehicle’s repair history. He is highly efficient with time management. Very seldom is my vehicle not ready when promised. This is in part due his ability to communicate my issues to the maintenance techs and their ability to diagnose the problem and fix it. I highly recommend this dealership’s maintenance department. More
