I had a very positive experience at this Honda location... better then my recent experience at the dealership in Concord (where I was told, "If you think you're going to do business somewhere else location... better then my recent experience at the dealership in Concord (where I was told, "If you think you're going to do business somewhere else, why should I waste my time doing the work to answer your questions?"). At Priority Honda of Huntersville both Mr. McCoy and Mr. Parks were very patient with me, as I told them upon my arrival that I was just in the "looking stage" and not in any hurry to trade in my 12 year-old Honda just yet. They were willing to spend as much time as necessary with me to go over every detail and answer all questions I had. At NO time did I feel pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. When I brought my new car back in today for the "First Place Finish" service, Jess Linville was just as helpful, friendly and courteous as the sales staff. I believe that service after the sale is just as important as the sale itself! All of the employees I worked with at this dealership have been very professional and a pleasure to do business with. More

Bought a used van from Ralph Lamb. I dealt with the Used Car Manager, Terry Whitehurst, as well. I didn't finance, for it a was an inexpensive purchase, but the Finance Director, Peppi Bonocore, treated me Car Manager, Terry Whitehurst, as well. I've only had 2 contacts with Priority Honda since I've purchased my Odyssey and so far they really have kept up the high expectations they set as a dealership. I look forward to having my car serviced there and intend to start taking my other Honda there as well. I've had several, really poor car buying experiences and this wasn't one of them. Priority Honda really hit the reset button with me and made me believe that there really are good dealerships out there to deal with. I hope this answers why I gave the ratings I did. I purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot EX-L for the price and payment I wanted, including the extended warranty. I love my new vehicle. I love "Priorities for Life" program they offer which gives me many benef payment I wanted, including the extended warranty. I love my new vehicle. I love "Priorities for Life" program they offer which gives me many benefits including free oil changes and inspections for life; and I will schedule all maintenance on Wednesdays to take advantage of a free manicure and Starbucks coffee while I wait.
