My boyfriend & I were shopping around for a car for me. I had an suv and wanted out of it because of gas prices. We went to Honda of Concord where we received the worst experience ever!!!!!!! I wanted to find out about the trade in of my suv and it took me to Priority Honda of Huntersville. I received a phone call from Matt the manager & I was not ready to give up on what I wanted. I'm glad I scheduled an appointment to talk to someone and I'm extremely happy it was Dominique! I knew what I wanted and didn't want. I didn't want to go through the 10 hours at the dealership, I wanted a good trade & I wanted more than anything the 2013 Honda Accord! I left that night getting exactly what I wanted and more! With everything that Priority Honda in Huntersville has to offer, I wish I went there first!! Dominique was extremely helpful!! Rachel Ford was very helpful in answering all questions!! The entire staff was extraordinary!!!! I look forward to building a relationship for many years to come! Thank you so much for all that you do to make everyone's experience amazing!! More

Randy Larrimore was the salesperson we worked with. He was fantastic! He was very respectful of the fact that we did not want to be there for hours and did not want to dicker over the price. We knew what we wanted (a 2013 Odyssey) and we simply wanted to test drive it and hear a fair price for it and for our trade-in. No back-and-forth, no pressure, just a straightforward interaction. We were so happy when that's actually what we got! Thank you, Randy, for going above and beyond to make our experience a good one. We appreciate you! More
John Troxler called on Jan. 14 asking if I would be interested in releasing the 2010 Civic I was leasing. We came to Priority Honda after experiencing what was one of the worst experiences ever at Honda of Concord. Initially, we weren’t in the market for new vehicles as we were more interested in checking out t of the worst experiences ever at Honda of Concord. Initially, we weren’t in the market for new vehicles as we were more interested in checking out the new design of the 2013 Honda Civics. There we met John and explained what it was we were possibly looking to do. John was very professional throughout the entire experience, not what one might expect of a salesman. He took the time to listen to us and answer the questions we had. When I say he listened to us, I mean he actually listened to what we were saying so he completely understood what it was we were looking to do. We met Sean that night from the finance department and told him what occurred at Honda of Concord. He assured us that at no point in time would he or anyone else do anything that we didn’t want to do. John and Sean began working on a deal that would be acceptable to us both. John promised that at no point and time would we ever not know what’s going on, he assured us that he would follow up with us the next day, and sure enough he did. He called early in the afternoon the next day telling us that everything was all set and to come on it. Upon arriving, John met us and helped us get the process finished. What I was impressed the most with was the fact that it was his day off. He could have easily passed this along to someone else to finish but he chose to come in to see everything through for us to make sure we were happy. Sean also worked hard and got us a great deal. Initially, we were going to finance the vehicles through our local credit union, Sean instead got us a great deal through America Honda Finance. I can’t begin to thank John and Sean for their hard work. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend that you visit Priority Honda and speak with John and Sean. You will be impressed with their no pressure, willingness to help attitude. Because of them, we drove off with two brand new 2013 Honda Civics which we love. We look forward to working with them again in the future! More

Dealing with Priority Honda was a breeze. I bought the car (2012 Civic) while I was in North Carolina. After purchasing the car, I returned back home outside of North Carolina. He was very easy to get in touch with, and when I needed to re sign some forms, I was not asked to come in, they were overnighted to me, free of charge, along with an pre paid return envelope! I would like to take this time to highly recommend Dale Denny and Paul Nino at Priority Honda. I just bought my 2011 Honda Civic from them last Sunday and had the best experience that I ever had at a deal Denny and Paul Nino at Priority Honda. I just bought my 2011 Honda Civic from them last Sunday and had the best experience that I ever had at a dealership! I had visited the day before and was undecided about which car to get. Dale did not pressure me at all -- he was so kind and gracious. He saw that I was wiped out from test driving so he recommended that I get some rest and think about it -- I really appreciated that. I came in the next day and decided on the Honda Civic, and Dale & his Manager Paul were so kind and helpful in accommodating my budget. I really appreciated their sincerity and kindness, treating me like they would want to be treated as a customer. I'm recommending them to all my friends and colleagues because of their exceptional customer service! More

Randy listened to what I wanted to have for a payment and what I wanted in a car. He and Ralph helped me get out of my old car and into a new Civic even though I was upside down in my old car. Alan was committed to helping us determine the best car for our family and at no point did we feel him pushing us to "close the deal". He was helpful, knowledgeable and available to answer our questions. Everyone we dealt with at Priority Honda treated us with respect and courtesy. They were willing to answer any questions we had about dealer invoice costs, MSRP, etc. whereas other dealerships would not give us specific or direct answers to our money questions. We had a great experience all around and would suggest other dealerships look to Priority Honda as an example of how to do things right! More
