So disappointed I saw a 2007 BMW that met all of my wants and needs. I planned on buying the car as a birthday present to myself. So I called and spoke with Matthew I saw a 2007 BMW that met all of my wants and needs. I planned on buying the car as a birthday present to myself. So I called and spoke with Matthew I put down a $500 deposit drove to Charlotte from Columbia to be told that another person who put down a deposit and was willing to pay the full asking price which was above market the value....When I got there a guy came running to the car saying this car is sold I said yes to me but they had sold the car and didn't even have the decency or professional to call and tell me and I was paying cash money...The sales manager kept telling me that Matt doesn't have any say so over those card but I never inquired about any other car and Matt is who I was transferred to I just feel like this is bad business if you have taken one deposit you should not take others... I spoke to Matt twice on Monday and never did he mentioned that there was another deal on the table...I'm just upset and disappointed and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone the car was nice but the people @ suck. My Salesperson Aaron Nichols & Finance Manager Alden Sink Although Aaron is new to Priority Honda, he was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He also had patience & was very professional & friend Although Aaron is new to Priority Honda, he was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He also had patience & was very professional & friendly. I hope that he has a long career with Priority so I can deal with him again when I return to purchase another car in a few years. I was also very happy with our finance manager Alden Sink. He explained each form that I needed to sign & went over all items on the "Bill of Sale". He is a very likeable, knowledgeable manager who showed concern for me. More

We ran into a few problems and she went well beyond what I would expect to make this car purchase transpire. She is proffesional, friendly and shows a very real concern about her customers. Thank you Mary, Anthony J. Fox More

Horrible experience...will never buy from here again!!! We bought our Mvan back in 2011 and to say it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had in buying a car is an understatement. Took us 2 days to We bought our Mvan back in 2011 and to say it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had in buying a car is an understatement. Took us 2 days to do a deal and we way over paid!!! We've bought several Honda's in the past and have never had this bad of an experience. Going forward one of their big sales pitches is their "priority for life" it really should be called "wait of you life". I hate taking my car there, because I have to budget a whole day for anything as simple as an oil change! They do not do anything fast and today was my last straw. I needed my car inspected (should take 15min. right???) wrong. I walked in waited for 10min. no one said a word to me. Two other customers came in and THEY were waited on before anyone even acknowledge I was even standing in line!!!! Needless to say I walked out. Drove over to the Valvoline oil place across the street. Was in and out with car inspection in hand in under 15min. AND MY SON EVEN GOT TO STAY IN THE CAR AND SLEEP THROUGH THE WHOLE THING!!! I may go back because my oil changes are free ( or pre-paid depending on how you look at it) but I will never be roped into buying a car from this dealership again. I could also go on and on about their messed up phone lines and the fact they've messed up my car twice. But I feel I've vented enough! More
Just horrible I purchased a $30,000 Honda and while I don't expect to be treated as a millionaire but I do expect to be treated with respect. The car negotiation w I purchased a $30,000 Honda and while I don't expect to be treated as a millionaire but I do expect to be treated with respect. The car negotiation was fine but when I got to the little girl who thought she was something special or maybe just thought I was a idiot. I stood outside her office and listened to her use such vulgar language and then when I actually sat down with her attitude was just horrible. Her breath smelled like smoke but her attitude was much worse than that. I spoke to several employees and they all said she just has a horrible attitude and it was just the way it was. Lowell and David were great but Mr. Stewart should take a long hard look at the rest of the support. More
Not at your convenience! Priority Honda offers free oil changes and state inspections if you buy your Honda from them (use to get a car wash too, but that's out). But when I c Priority Honda offers free oil changes and state inspections if you buy your Honda from them (use to get a car wash too, but that's out). But when I call, they certainly can't do same day or your first request... seems like an aversion. I mean, you can't schedule a state inspection same day? Really? This among other things... I will NEVER buy another Honda from them. More
Must be joking I had gotten an ePrice from them on a new Civic. Showed up and the saleman was busy, so he passed me onto another salesman. Test drive was fine and th I had gotten an ePrice from them on a new Civic. Showed up and the saleman was busy, so he passed me onto another salesman. Test drive was fine and the salesman was helpful. However, we got back to the showroom and they immediately wanted me to fill out a Honda credit application. I told them I wouldn't do that when I hadn't even decided I was buying a Honda at all. I got the back-and-forth from the sales manager about needing to do that to give me an "accurate" price quote. I told them they could either take my word for it that I have excellent credit (which I do), or they could show me some numbers based on whatever "average" credit they use. Eventually they did, and I nearly died laughing. They had priced the car out with their add-ons of (get this): $500 window tint, $200 nitrogen in the tires, and $900 floor mats, and one other thing I can't remember. I told the salesman flat out that these add ons were a joke, and he told me that they could "maybe" do better on some of them. I left and went elsewhere, and have not returned their ten phone calls. It's easy to understand why they try to add this stuff to every car - it's 90% profit! Who in their right mind would pay ~$2,000 (on a <$20,000 car mind you) for add-ons that have a total real value of about $200? Oh well. I'll never look there again. More
