He was very knowledgable and helped understand the differences between leasing and purchasing. I was also very happy with Alden Sink, the Finance Manager who went over warranty options and all the other paperwork. He made it straightforward and easy. I was greeted immediately, signed what I wanted done and was shown to the area for waiting customers (very impressive area). Before you know it, my car was ready and my 7,000 mile checkup , tires rotated, etc., was complete. Allen Sanchez explained everything to me that was done and when I should plan on bringing my car back to keep it in tiptop shape. Excellent experience ! More

I'd rather go to the dentist for a root canal!) before I decided on a Honda Accord and then it was time to decide to commit, so I jumped online and was greeted by Sarah McElrath and we set up an appointment for the next day. I came in a few minutes before my scheduled time and was met by Aaron Grodi and we closed the place down! Actually was a busy day for the finance office, so I ended up being Nikki De Land's last client. Aaron and Nikki were the best! I didn't mind being there so long because it was a pleasent and friendly experience. I came in looked at a few cars and then told Aaron what I wanted and drove away with my 2014 Honda Accord Sport at the price and terms I wanted to pay. One of the big selling points for buying from this dealership was the lifetime oil changes and NC inspections. I found this car on cars.com on Friday night and went on Saturday morning to look at it. I spoke with Mike Gaston to make sure that this car was still available before leaving the house. When I arrived at the dealership, Mike had already had the car washed. My wife test drove the car while Mike and I talked price. By the time my wife returned from the test drive, we had already agreed on the price and was ready to sign papers. He is courteous and informative and gives me my options. I was disappointed that my 3yr old van needed to have a front shock replaced, but pleased with the service that I was given to repair it as quickly and painlessly as possible. I also purchased new tires. I shopped around and was pleasantly surprised to find that Priority had the most competitive prices! I would highly recommend buying a car here, as well as servicing the vehicle here. I did not purchase my car here, only because I received an employee discount through another dealer, but i have always serviced my vehicle here. More

They are an 02 Accord, 03 Civic, an 04 Civic, an 05 Odyssey, and a 12 Civic. I bring my cars to Priority Honda Huntersville because I have trusted them and they have never disappointed me. I recently had a flat on the Odyssey. Allen Sanchez took care of the problem in less than the estimated time. I sat in one of the dealership's massage chairs while I waited. Thanks to Allen my repair was handled professionally and timely. More
CUSTOMER service I took my 2012 Pilot into the shop due to a strange noise. I chose to wait for my car (about an hour) and the diagnosis was a bad Power Steering Pump. I took my 2012 Pilot into the shop due to a strange noise. I chose to wait for my car (about an hour) and the diagnosis was a bad Power Steering Pump. This issue has actually been "flagged" by Honda to their dealerships as an item to watch. For cars with less than 40k miles, the replacement was under warranty - it was free (normally $680+)... I was 5k OVER the warranted mileage limit. Without my knowing, my Customer Service Rep, Chris Coley, called Honda to discuss my situation and was able to get my cost down to a flat $100! Chris saved me a TON of money! Chris gave me excellent CUSTOMER service! More
