Allen Sanchez and the staff in the service department were quick to find the problem and provided me with a loaner since it was warranty covered work, until my car was ready. They were great at keeping me in the loop and it was refreshing not to have to keep calling the service deparment to check on the status. I would highly recommend Priorty Honda and Allen to anyone needed service work on their Honda. More

Justin, were also able to get me a very fair price for the vehicle and included some additional service options for me. I will not hesitate to contact her again when I am in the need for a new Honda! Also, Alden did a great job connecting me with a competitive lender to finance the vehicle and showed great attention to detail processing the title paperwork. Great job! More

While we have only had routine maintenance done (which is gre Priority Honda's Service Dept is by far the best experience I have ever had with a car. While we have only had routine maintenance done (which is great for 5 years), the ease of scheduling an appointment, the timely performance of the maintenance, and the friendliness of the staff is amazing. Jim Comey is my service person and when he gives an estimate of the time it will take, he is spot on and it is usually ready ever earlier than he estimates! He also warns me of things that need to be done (like a 40,000 mile check) and will schedule me for another day if I don't have time for it on a given day. He also told me on this last visit that it wasn't worth rotating the tires because I really needed to get new ones. He gave me an estimate at Priority, but also told me I could have it done on my own if I preferred. I just really appreciate the helpful, honest approach to service that these folks have! More
