It is evident that they are well trained, fantastic interpersonal skills, and highly professional!.... My day started with my car needing service. Audrey Tribo, in the Service Department, completely blew me away with her excellent eye contact, phenomenal communication skills, and the ability to explain my concerns regarding my car in a very simple, yet educational manner. She is very smart, and for her age, is highly experienced. Priority Honda is very smart to hire such a sharp young woman. As Audrey. She will go far in life! Audrey put me in touch with Dominique McFadden, in sales. I wasn't ready to purchase a car, but I thought it may be in my best interest to get a "leg up" on the process. Dominique was extremely balanced, wanting to understand my needs so he could better service me. As a "straight shooter", he expressed himself in a highly professional manner, with confidence, warmth, and sincerity. He presented all of his information in a very factual manner- no sales pitch, no nonsense, and I never once felt as though I was being held hostage, as one may feel when purchasing a car. Dominique has nothing to prove to anyone- he is comfortable in his own skin, understands his product, and communicates his message where it is easily understood. He too is a very smart man. It is obvious that Priority Honda has excellent management, as they have a very good eye for knowing who to hire.....I must also mention two other people that impacted me, as well. Lolli Cornelius (Service Manager), and Justin Cambric in Finance. Both of these managers not only connected extremely well with their staff, but the it was evident that there was mutual respect amongst everyone, having a common goal of making the customer happy. I thank you for your honesty and professionalism, from the moment I walked in, until the time the car was driven off your lot. More

Great experience, friendly staff I love Honda, and I love the Civic. I came to Priority because I read some good reviews, and it was the closest Honda dealer to me. They have really friendly staff, and their perks for being a Priority customer are pretty sweet. I was SO excited to find that they had one 2016 Civic with black exterior and beige interior. I've wanted this look for so long and finally Honda made it AND Priority had it in stock (they didn't have many 2016's since they're so new). The price was a little higher than I wanted, but both Tyrese and Justin helped make it so I could walk out the door with keys to my new car in hand. Overall it was a really great experience and I'm excited to be the owner of a 4th Civic! More

I usually leave the car and they almost always finish the same day. Jim Comey is my usual but I find all advisors are just as professional. 150,000 miles and only real problem was an expensiv oil leak. Other than that, just recommended maintenance. After owning Fords and Chevrolets, the reliability of the Ridgeline has been great. More

Wouldn't have gone anywhere else!! I was in an accident and totaled my car. My husband and I were already planning on purchasing a newer vehicle later in the year, this just upped our t I was in an accident and totaled my car. My husband and I were already planning on purchasing a newer vehicle later in the year, this just upped our timeline. I was ready to settle for less than I truly wanted, as we were financially exactly where we wanted to be. Dominique and Alden worked so hard to get the best deal for me. And I walked out with a 2016 Honda Odyssey!! I will always recommend Priority Honda. The people who work there are like family and will always do the best they can to give you want you want with the price that you have to work with! Love these guys!! More
Service at Priority Honda I currently own a 2009 Honda Accord that I purchased at Priority Honda in Huntersville. I have been repeatedly let down at Priority Honda with the Se I currently own a 2009 Honda Accord that I purchased at Priority Honda in Huntersville. I have been repeatedly let down at Priority Honda with the Service Department. I was told at the time I purchased my car that I will receive free Oil & Filter changes, state inspections, towing for the entire time I have my Honda. Therefore, I take my Honda to Priority Honda for every oil change. You are normally also given a repair estimate (if needed) along with a multi-point vehicle inspection print out. I always look over the recommendations and I have in the past gone to other service areas to get the repair because of the cost savings. So on November 3rd, 2015 I had a scheduled oil change and Allen Sanchez was the service advisor. I noticed my car was finished and parked so I went to Allen to sign out and receive my keys. Allen checked my out and handed my keys to me, however I never got a copy of the recommendations and a copy of the repair estimate. I asked Allen for the copy of the recommendations, and that’s when he told me “you don’t get your car repairs done here so why would we keep telling you what needs to be done”. I was in so much of a shock that I asked him again what he was telling me. He proceeded to tell me again the same thing. So I told him that when I purchased the car I was never told that the repairs had to be done at Priority Honda in order to get the lifetime benefits and same level of customer service. He then raised his voiced and rudely told me that they were not going to waste time on telling me what is wrong with my car and then not get it service at their location. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and asked to speak with the service manager. Lolli Cornelius came to me and I let her know what he said and she also was in shock. She then called Allen over and he told her exactly what he told me earlier during our conversation. Lolli quickly corrected the situation and indeed told me that was unacceptable and I should always get the same courtesy treatment and receive the same type of documents regardless of where I perform the services. She also told me that price match and I let her know that I was never told of that could be done. It was time for my oil change again on January 28th, 2016. Dawn Cockert was the service advisor I dealt with for this visit (very friendly). I let her know that I had also schedule an appointment in February for the drivers axle seal to be repaired as it was mention on several previous recommendation reports and I wanted to know again the price. I went to Dawn to sign out and pick up my keys. She told me that it wasn’t mention on the report to repair the axle. I went to my car and got the past several reports telling me that this needed to be done. She checked with the mechanic and he told her that it must have already been repaired because he wasn’t seeing any leakage. I let her know that I had never got that part fixed. So of course at this point several flags are going off in my head: 1) Did the part ever actually need repair and they just wanted to charge me for something that never needed done to begin with 2) Was it a small spot of liquid and they put it on the report without actually determining if it was the axle? And then continue putting it on every report going forward since they knew I would go to another place to get it fixed? Since according to Allen that why would they waste any more time on actually looking over my car since I don’t get my repairs done at Priority Honda. I am pending a follow up call back from Lolli (Parts and Service Director). Because I don’t know if I can truly trust Priority Honda’s service department. These are probably the major issues that I have encounter with this service department. I have had a few minor complaints, however I never really pushed them due to not worth the time investment.
