Hello Gary, Let me first start by saying, thank you for your response. Without feedback from our customers we wouldn’t be able to adjust our processes accordingly. I want to apologize for the experience you had your previous visits. I also want to apologize for any miscommunication there might have been between the technician and the service advisor this last visit. The service advisor just relays the information from the technician to our customers. I personally went out and saw your axel seal was leaking and that’s when I called you to let you know that so much grease was gone and you did need to have the seal replaced. Thank you for reaching out and contacting me and I’m glad we could resolved this issue and get your vehicle in and get it fixed.
