MISTAKE!!!! after dealing with super pushy salesmen we came back to Priority in Huntersville. We got a newer car with way less miles and more features for only $60 more dollars a month! Graham Davis was AWESOME! He remembered my wife and I, what car we had looked at, and even answered my call at 10pm. To top all that he came in on his day off to help us get the car the same day! Free oil changes and inspections for life, great warranty and exceptional service, plus we got a good car at an affordable price. Literally can't believe it and cannot say enough good things about Graham and the staff at priority. If you need a used or new car they are the way to go. We will definitely be back when I need to replace my car and my wife loves her new Fit. More

Poor Salesmanship I came to this dealer with one month left on my current lease. This was the first lease I was terminating and was unsure of the process. They said t I came to this dealer with one month left on my current lease. This was the first lease I was terminating and was unsure of the process. They said they would make the last payment and I was also told that Honda would take possession on the current vehicle & that there was nothing further I needed to do. Easy, right, WRONG!!! So we agree upon a price (which took two days), aIong with some extra items thrown in (floor mats & cargo cover) and decided to go ahead with the deal. I waited forever on the finance department to sign my lease papers, while they searched for the spare key that they never found. How do you lose a key for a Brand New car?! Now I had to make a return visit to get a spare key which took weeks. It then took almost a month to get the payoff check because no one knew what happened to it. I also learned that I had to return the original vehicle to the original dealership which was a terrible inconvenience. Had I known that, I would have waited it out the month, but, I guess they'll say anything for the sale. I received the floor mats when I purchased the car but am for some reason still waiting on the cargo cover, nearly two months later. Every time I asked about it, I was told he was still waiting for it to come in (when I was told the day of the sale it would take about a week). When I enquired about it (for the 5th time) I was told another lie about how they sent the wrong one & it won't fit my car & because it was just a 'verbal' agreement we had, there is no guarantee that I will receive it. I feel as though he never had any intention on getting it to me, and that he said he'd throw it in to make the sale. Not getting the cargo shade for a hatchback would have been a deal-breaker for me, as I needed the hatch cargo space but don't need everyone walking by to see my belongings. I've been lied to from this salesman on Every aspect of this sale and it is completely unacceptable!!!!! More

But, words really cannot express the Thanks that Mr. Coley deserve and my appreciation for him. I also would like to say Thank You to Priority Honda Huntersville for hiring Mr. Coley! I may not like bringing my baby in for service, but seeing Mr. Coley makes the trip easier. Mr.Coley is very accommodating and helps me to understand what's going on with my baby.
