Daniel Ray did a great job of reviewing what has been done over the life of the vehicle and indicating what should be next (I went in for oil and recall). Each service was detailed not only as to what was done, but what the charges would be. There were no surprises and the after-service explanations were very helpful, including an explanation of the Roadside Care (provided at no cost). I felt quite satisfied at the completion of the visit. More

Love Priority Honda I owned a Honda in the past from Priority and Chris has been my service manager. He is fabulous. Went back in after lease on CRV was up and worked I owned a Honda in the past from Priority and Chris has been my service manager. He is fabulous. Went back in after lease on CRV was up and worked with Mike Gaston to purchase a Pilot. He was fabulous as well - highly recommend working with him if you are in the market for a car. My only issue was in financing - why does it take so long for this process? My suggestion is to stay on top of them - if you are waiting too long to sign your papers speak up. I finally did after waiting 45 min and someone came out right away to have us sign. Mike was out filling up our car with gas and getting things ready for us so he didn't even know we were waiting all that time! When he left he said finance would be right out to get us - but they weren't. Just stay on top of them - it still worth it to work with Priority Honda and Mike and Chris. More

I brought the car in to Chris Coley, and he and the service team worked to find what was wrong with it. As is always the case, it was not acting up when I brought it to the service department. They tried numerous ways to duplicate the problem and finally were able to determine what the problem was. I am grateful for their perseverance in figuring out the problem so we are not stranded somewhere with a car that won't start. Chris was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process! More

I have purchased The service staff at Priority Honda is the best that I have dealt with in my many years (over 40) of vehicle ownership and service. I have purchased 12 new vehicles in the last 40 years in 4 different states. The last seven vehicles purchased have been Hondas, and three of them purchased from Priority. I live within 3 miles of another Honda dealership, but I travel extra miles to purchase and have my cars serviced at Priority Honda. Jim Comey and Jerry Kennedy are great to deal with and they know how to provide great customer service. They are easy to talk with and always explain what the problems might be with my vehicles and suggested service to correct any issues there might be. Priority Honda is fortunate to have such a professional and trustworthy service team working for them. More
