Mindy Delgado welcomed me as I walked through the door. She listened intently and repeated the description as I relayed it to her, then found a senior technician to address the issue. This was accomplished in less time in the waiting area than she had predicted. Mindy then spent an appropriate time explaining to me in detail the technician's diagnosis. It was a very good experience for the establishing a new relationship with a long time Honda vehicle owner. More

Transmission service and oil change I set an appointment for Saturday morning. My car was taken back immediately. The work was completed when they said it would be complete. One issue with power steering seal was brought to my attention as well as wear on my tires. There was no upselling our phantom issues. Audrey was pleasant and professional. Overall great experience. Although there were some staff changes with this recent purchase of a 2017 CRV, we were then assigned Graham who was an outstanding salesperson. He ensured that the process was smooth as we closed our sale with the dealership. He explained all paperwork, was very engaging and knowledgeable. Graham showed the utmost respect toward us and walked through all features of the new CRV with us. We highly recommend Graham for his professionalism and great personality when you visit Priority Honda! More
Very poor customer service from the sales group. I was very interested in a Honda Ridgeline RTL-E they had in stock. I initially tried working with the internet group for a week exchanging daily emai I was very interested in a Honda Ridgeline RTL-E they had in stock. I initially tried working with the internet group for a week exchanging daily emails requesting a quote. Since none was provided I emailed the sales manager but did not receive a response. I finally called the sales group telling them I was very interested and requested a quote for the Ridgeline minus my trade in. I also told them I would pay the remainder of what was owed in cash. Since I live about 3-hrs from the dealership so I wanted to an approximate cost so the deal could be finalized in one visit. I was told to expect the quote that Tuesday night. However, I did not receive the quote that night or the the following two days. I left email messages and phone calls. I checked the website each day and the truck was still listed until Friday of that week when it no longer appeared on their inventory list. I then finally received a return call on stating the truck was sold but no apology on the lack or response. More

Victoria Moore and Lester McKoy teamed together to provide us with the 2017 CRV. Lester was outstanding in his follow up and delivery of the vehicle. We could not have ask for more personal attention and an attitude that they truly wanted our business. It is really true. Priority For Life!
