We are sorry you had a bad experience with our dealership. As you noted, we are a new dealership and our staff are still becoming adjusted to such things as what time particular departments are open. We are also very concerned that you were told by your mechanic that the brake pedal on your vehicle was broken, and that you somehow managed to drive over 400 miles with it before it was discovered. This is not the condition we would normally allow any vehicle to leave our dealership, whether your drive home is 4 miles or 400. Dear lauren, I was contacted last night by Mike again regarding the fit. I asked him what you had in stock. He said at around 7pm last night he would check and call me back in 5 minutes. It is now 2:15pm and I still haven't heard back from him. Other dealerships have given us great service. At yours we were ignored to the point where it became clear we weren't welcome. I had spoken to Mike and planned to go in last week to look at the Fit because he gave me a competitive price over the phone. Strangely enough, the many Fits you had in stock had magically disappeared when we went to your dealership a little over 12 hours later. The men who were sitting like kings at the desk did nothing to make us feel welcome or to see if they could help us with anything. I have never come across a dealership that had no salesmen available!! Ridiculous!
