I purchased/financed a Honda Accord from Arthur a few weeks ago. It was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had thus far. He has a great support system with management like Matt Furmann who explained financial options and helped me understand the numbers. Would definitely recommend and purchase from here again. These guys really know cars... especially Arthur and they didn't try to hustle me into a bigger more expensive car even though I know the commission would probably have been greater. It's so refreshing to deal with people who are really interested in helping the consumer fit their needs. More

I have been accustomed to dealers giving you a low price for trade-in and the internet sales mgr, and the finance person, were extremely courteous. I also received an initially low trade-in price, but in getting a fairer price, I didn't have to endure any of that. they were people I definitely would recommend. More

First and foremost, I have had my Honda Accord for 2000 miles and I love the car...as a lifelong Saturn customer, I was very apprehensive about choosing my next car. There was never any pressure to add more features than what I truly wanted. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted! The finance department (I don't remember his name) explained everything in a very simple manner and fully rolled out what I was signing before I ever picked up a pen! Even the coffee bar was clean and well stocked! When my plates and registration were ready a little over a week ago, Connie from the office explained everything I had to do now as well as what I had to do when I paid my car off down the road. She, like everyone else I met, was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Guy and the entire Hackettstown Honda sales and service team. 5 stars!!! More

We have not purchased a new car in over 20 years and we were not looking forward to "fighting off" sales staff while we were researching vehicles. We can honestly say that the treatment we received from o were not looking forward to "fighting off" sales staff while we were researching vehicles. We can honestly say that the treatment we received from our salesman Guy and the other individuals from the finance department to the manager was incredible. If we could have given a higher score than 5 we would have in all categories. The staff was courteous and personable and the building was bright and clean. Our experience as a whole was definitely a 10. More
