I was in a bad position with my trade in and Guy reassured me that he would do anything possible to help me and he did within a short period of time I was driving home in my brand new Honda Civic feeling like I made a great purchase with a wealth of information on my new ride! I came into Hackettstown Honda not knowing exactly what to expect-- I knew I needed a car on a budget, but that was about it. Having never dealt with a large dealership before and not knowing much about th to expect-- I knew I needed a car on a budget, but that was about it. Having never dealt with a large dealership before and not knowing much about the differences between leasing and financing, I was a bit weary. However, it did not take long before I started to feel at ease about the entire process. My salesman was Eric Florio, and from the get go he was extremely clear cut about what options were available and how we could go about getting what I was interested in for a price that was in my range. He was a very nice guy that was easy to talk to and understanding of my first time car buyer naivety. I ended up leasing a 2013 Civic EX for a fairly solid price--it would've been much better if not for my own lackadaisical credit score! Also, the financier Tom Puco did a great job of getting the job done behind the scenes that I've heard other dealerships sometimes are known to falter with. It was a laid back environment and I drove away in a car I was happy with. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hackettstown Honda. More

Raul Almeida was very customer focussed, he went out of his way to answer my questions. During the test drive he demonstrated the various new features on the Odyssey and afterwards he walked me through the his way to answer my questions. Overall he showed passion for his work, was very friendly, he was not pushy and I never sensed any animosity. The price that he offered was very competitive. Although the initial quote for the trade-in looked low, we managed to come to a mutually acceptable price. I was very impressed that he managed to help me switch the insurance right on the spot (on Friday evening) and surprisingly the insurance representative for my current policy actually offered me an unexpected discount. Overall I was very happy with the Hackettstown Honda dealership. The site was clean and the staff was efficient. Raul helped to coordinate very efficiently the closing of the sale, filling out the documents, initial car clean-up, etc. Justin from the documentation/pricing department was very friendly and very efficient. I visited several other Honda Dealerships before trading in my Odyssey and I have to say from the overall experience this dealership was by far the best. I also would like to highlight the effort of Mike in sales / internet area for noticing that we were looking for the light blue 2014 Odyssey and for making the call that Hackettstown Honda has two such cars in their inventory.
