My daughter recently moved to Maryland to attend graduate school in pursuit of a Ph.D. In preparation for her move, I looked for a dealership to purchase her new Honda. I found College Park Honda on the we school in pursuit of a Ph.D. In preparation for her move, I looked for a dealership to purchase her new Honda. I found College Park Honda on the web and immediately contacted them. Upon receipt of my e-mail, Mr. Stephens contacted me and was more than helpful in making her future transition possible. He kept in constant contact with us up until her moving day. Upon our arrival to Maryland, he had already set up a meeting time and date. At the dealership, he and Ms. Jorss did their very best to accomodate our needs, especially my daughter's. We did indeed purchase a 2012 Honda Civic and my daughter is very happy. She recently contacted the dealership to make an appointment to have her alarm installed. They were very diligent in setting up her appointment. I would highly recommend this dealership; they made us feel right at home even though I was 2,000 miles away from home. Thank you for employing such savvy and knowledgeable people. More

The people that I worked with at this dealership were awesome, particularly after the sale. I had some scratches and paint missing on my car. Even though it was a month after I purchased the car, Waleed awesome, particularly after the sale. I had some scratches and paint missing on my car. Even though it was a month after I purchased the car, Waleed and Uday went out of their way to get it fixed for me. They told me that they would do the best that they could, which is all I was asking for. When I showed up to pick up the car though, it looked like-new. They did me a huge favor by helping me with this, because it was a month after I bought the car. Overall, I was amazed at the level of customer service that they provided. I plan to recommend them and this dealership highly to others. More

The dealership was clean and the people were very friendly. Harold was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was not pushy or forceful at all. I was looking for a Honda Civic Coupe and called and been in contact with a salesman named Carlos. They had the one and the color I was looking for and had asked them if they could match prices from another in contact with a salesman named Carlos. They had the one and the color I was looking for and had asked them if they could match prices from another dealer and he said sure just come on in. Now Carlos was wonderful to deal with, he was very friendly and courteous. So I went there, test drove the car and loved it. So then when we started discussing pricing, they had this 1000$ protection package that they tried to charge me and tried to charge me $2800 more than what i was quoted at other dealerships. When I tried to negotiate the price, this rude manager named Isaac came over and told me that the car that I wanted had already been sold to another person who had put a deposit on it while I was there and that they didn't have a car to sell me. So I walked out, as they acted like they didn't want my business. I went to another dealership in the area, got the car that I wanted for $2800 less than College park Honda wanted to charge me and got taken care of there. I would not recommend going there at all, all they did was waste my time. More
Definitely a mixed bag for me. I leased a new Accord Crosstour back in January (and am just finding the time to give them a review). The car itself is fabulous and has been everything I needed (and even a little more). Carlos was my salesman and he was very helpful and attentive. I had a lot of questions for him and did a TON of research on my own before I set foot on the lot, so I already knew many of the answers. He was able to answer just about all of my questions accurately. I was very straightforward and told him exactly what I was willing to pay based on my own market research and budget (College Park was about the 4th dealership I had visited). Once Carlos had done most of the leg work, Uday swooped in like a vulture and blatantly hijacked the sale. Carlos sat silently, as if he was not allowed to be a part of this anymore (even though I did not know Uday from Adam). Let me say, Uday was one of the rudest, most arrogant people I've dealt with at a car dealership. Perhaps he thought I was not worth his time because I am only in my 20's, or perhaps he was annoyed by my unwillingness to be bullied; regardless, I found his demeaning attitude to be completely unacceptable. Beyond his complete lack of professionalism and air of superiority, Uday was deceitful in his bargaining tactics. I again explained (as I had to Carlos) that I was only willing to pay a certain amount and that I was in no hurry to buy. He essentially laughed at me and told me that was impossible. I promptly left. Within the next day or two, Carlos called me and swore that they would be able to meet my price with my trade and the current promotions. I agreed to come into the dealership and hear what they had to say. When I got there, the vehicle was sitting right outside the showroom ready to go, but when we began talking numbers, they were about $25 above what I wanted my monthly payments to be (not a far cry, but still more than I told them I was willing to pay. I once again told Uday I would not be willing to go that high. He got angry and told me it would be foolish to pass up the deal and that he could not go any lower. I was clearly annoyed seeing as he promised if I came in they would meet the price I wanted. Once again, I promptly left. The game went on for a bit longer and eventually we settled on the price I wanted (well within $5 at least). Through the whole process, however, Uday was unprofessional, pushy, and deceitful. Because of him, I will never do business at this dealership again. Sami handled my paperwork and was also rude and inattentive. On the two or three occasions that I dealt with him, he acted as though he would rather be anywhere else than helping me, the customer. When I asked questions about the documents I was signing he was flippant and abrupt in answering and was often very reluctant to explain anything in detail. He rushed the whole process. Another turn off and reason College Park will not earn my business again. More
They never reply to you once you buy, they don't care...I called many times to find out answers to my questions, nobody called me back.
