My son and I decided to buy the Honda Accord E-XL. We researched dealers throughout Baltimore/Washington and narrowed it down to Bowie Honda and College Park Honda. The Bowie salesperson was less respon researched dealers throughout Baltimore/Washington and narrowed it down to Bowie Honda and College Park Honda. The Bowie salesperson was less responsive and quite frankly her pricing was not as good as College Park Honda. Dennis provided answers in a timely fashion and gave us a very fair price on our trade in by matching CARMAX. He also gave me the best pricing of all the dealers. The final straw was he had the car, color and options on the lot. I drove up from NC to meet my son, who goes to UMD College Park. When we arrived, we were told that car we wanted was actually being used as a demo and was not available. I was pissed to say the least. Instead of pushing an alternative, however, they identified a car that would be arriving within a week that met all our needs and offered us a new loaner until the new car arrived. They even offered to deliver the car! True to their word, my son received his new Accord within a few days and we couldn't be happier. Dennis and Isaac went out of their way to ensure we were happy and I would definitely recommend College Park Honda. More

When my wife and I arrived the vehicle had been sold but Harold, along with his team, went above and beyond to find the car I wanted and to customize it with the equipment I wanted. Harold actually drove to Northern VA and picked up the vehicle to get me the one that I wanted. This showed great desire and customer service considering I had not yet signed a contract. Harold followed through on all aspects of the sale to make it the best experience possible. He did an outstanding job. Aileen came into the picture a little later. I had Honda install a dvd player which I ended up not liking the exact model. She worked hard to handle the issue and come up with a product I liked very much. She worked as a liaison with Car Spa and quickly brought resolution to the situation. Both Aileen and Harold did everything possible to make me, the customer, happy and walking away satisfied.
