I have purchased 3 Hondas over the last 19 or so years...all from College Park Honda. You buy a car and see your salesman for that brief period of time it takes for him/her to get you to sign on th years...all from College Park Honda. You buy a car and see your salesman for that brief period of time it takes for him/her to get you to sign on the dotted line, but the people you get to know, the people you have to trust to take care of you and your car are in the service area. Yes, Hondas are great in that they are durable, dependable cars, but to combat the daily wear and tear and maintain their reliability, scheduled maintenance is a given. Time (waiting for your car, being without your car) and Money (some of the maintenance packages are more expensive than others). Don't get me wrong, this is the real world, there have also been other problems besides the normal maintenance. More time and money. Over the years, the people in the service department at College Park have been straight with me about what needed to be done, have worked with me to prioritize what "had" to be done and what could wait and have always been willing to search for any qualifying discounts to help monetarily. Bottom line, I trust them. They do not always tell me what I want to hear, but I know they are the experts and will be there to stand behind their work. I have sought out the advice of Chris Scripture, Service and Parts Director, more than once and appreciated his patience and kindness. When I walked in today for the scheduled work that needed to be done on my car, I recognized Sharon Humes, an assistant service manager, who had transferred out and had just come back to this location. What a big smile I had, as I was truly glad to see her friendly face. Okay, Okay, nobody "likes" to go get their car worked on, but I feel fortunate to have found this service center who I feel cares and delivers. More
