She gives me recommendations of necessary service that my car needs and she is very helpful when i ask her questions because she finds an answer to all of them. the price is for the service is bad, because a car diagnostic is about 120 dollars and sometimes it might not be something serious; parts are very expensive and labor is really expensive too. Overall, i think the dealer is a great dealer and maybe in the future i would like to get another Honda Civic Si. More

I leased a Honda Accord V6 w/Navi from College Park Honda on Friday May 10th, 2013. Their sales staff, particularly Waleed, were courteous friendly and helpful. I had received an offer for a particular p on Friday May 10th, 2013. Their sales staff, particularly Waleed, were courteous friendly and helpful. I had received an offer for a particular price from another dealership but they did not have the color I wanted. I found the color combination I wanted on their on-line inventory, contacted College Park, requested the same offer and got a very fast response saying that they could match the deal. I was a little concerned that this was lip service and that they would try to raise the price once I showed up, but they lived up to their word. They also gave me a very fair price for my used Acura. During the time I was waiting my car to be prepared, they lent me another vehicle so that I could take care of some errands. Whenever I had questions or need assistance, their receptionist and other employees with which I dealt with helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend the dealership and their staff to my friends and family. More

I had good buying experience with Waleed Mahmood. He and I contacted via email back and forth and worked out a deal. He had a fellow-up email with me before I went to the dealership.
