The team at College Park Honda were very customer oriented and the overall buying experience was both professional and friendly. They made me and my wife feel like family. We went there with a specific type and color of 2013 CRV in mind and Walleed worked diligently to provide us both. I would say the only opportunity area is in the car preparation (cleaning and detailing) aspect of the purchase. There were some small dirty spots on the interior when delviered to us and the windows had small specs of debris (that Walleed ended up removing himself!!!!). For a brand new car purchase, you just expect it to be perfectly clean and detailed - like HONDA would expect. We would recommend this dealership to all potential HONDA buyers and would specifically suggest that they "ask for Walleed" - he simply get's the job not just done but VERY well done! More

Not interested in purchasing cars from dealers that use this ridiculous practice of marking up all of their cars. More
College Park Honda made it easy. I was looking at other dealers and they beat all of their prices with very littlle stress. Waleed delivered the van to our house on Memorial day evening. We purchased a roof rack that was not in stock. When it came, i brought my van in and Waleed was waiting for me. They put me in a demo and did the work no fuss and no hassle. I came in to the service area because my cigarette lighter power was not working. I recently got it serviced so I did not think that the issue was too big. I recently bought a new car charger for my p lighter power was not working. I recently got it serviced so I did not think that the issue was too big. I recently bought a new car charger for my phone, but it was not working. Taylor took the charger to another car and checked that it was working. After we confirmed it was, Akim was able to quickly change out the fuse with the extra that I had in the car. If it was not the fuse that was the issue then the car would an expensive inspection. He changed out the fuse as a first step. He also allowed me to watch so that I would be able to do the same task if this situation happened again. This was quick, easy, and a cheap solution. My car charger worked and everything was fixed. I highly recommend going to this dealership for service needs because they will take care of you and your car without charging for unnecessary inspections and labor. Akim and Taylor were very nice and helpful. More

Ms. Homes was an OUTSTANDING representative. She was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. She made my exeperience amazing. I have always been leary of going to dealerships because your reput very professional, friendly, and accommodating. She made my exeperience amazing. I have always been leary of going to dealerships because your reputaton has always been very expensive and cold hearted. She has made me think twice about going anywhere other than Honda (at your location) for my service needs. I appreciate her helpfulness when I really needed it. I liked how she explained things to me, not as if I was stupid, but to ensure that I understood what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. I also appreciated the discount she found because I have been having financial problems due to my going through a furlough in the government. The recommendations she gave was on point in helping me to avoid future problems that could possibly wind up major with my car. Please, give this woman a raise! Waleed was very attentive and ensured I was getting exactly what I wanted regarding the vehicle. Samy, in finance, went through all the financial details, and answered every one of my questions patiently and clearly, going over all my financial options. Purchasing a new vehicle was a big decision for me, as I am on a budget, and Waleed was very understandng in my need to go over every detail-he took the extra time and did not pressure me at any point-he even picked me up at home after work so I could pick up my new vehicle on Friday evening. Waleed really went the extra mile to ensure I was more than satisfied with my purchase, and followed up with me afterward as well. Waleed and the staff at College Park Honda were a pleasure to work with and made purchasing a vehicle there an enjoyable experience, as opposed to a stressful one, which buying a vehicle can be. I came in for a routine oil change. I was a little late due to traffic, but Akim took care of my car right away. I am so happy that Sharon has come back to College Park Honda. I was so hurt when she left and went to Hyundai. I have been to another Honda dealer service department and the overall customer service and Honda. I was so hurt when she left and went to Hyundai. I have been to another Honda dealer service department and the overall customer service and service department was not anywhere near College Park. Thinking that I may receive a different service performance, I tried going elsewhere because Sharon was no longer working at Honda. Needless to say I stayed away. It seems that it may have been too long of a hiatus and/or good timing. Because I was so happy when I called last week to price a new tire to hear that Sharon had returned to Honda. She remembered me and it made me feel like I am not just a customer, but I am family and I am returning home. She provides an abundant knowledge of her work, outstanding customer service and a genuine interest to make sure that all of my needs are met. Sharon tells me all of the key problems with my vehicle, whether I may need something fixed right away or two to three months from now. I left with two new tires, an alignment and information on future maintenance issues to return soon for service. I appreciate her honesty and how much she cares for my safety and well being. Sharon is definitely the reason why I will remain a faithful customer of College Park Honda. More
Before coming to the College Park Honda dealership I had my car serviced at another business that did a horrible job. I was very irritated when I first got to Honda because of this, but Sharon was SO helpf my car serviced at another business that did a horrible job. I was very irritated when I first got to Honda because of this, but Sharon was SO helpful. She put my concerns at ease and walked me through everything from start to finish. I left feeling at ease and knew that my car was taken care of. She really went above and beyond to make sure that I knew exactly what was being done to my car and what the other business had done wrong so I could take that information to them. I am a manager at my place of employment, and part of my job is hiring, so I have really high standards when it comes to customer service. Sharon definitely provided amazing customer service and left feeling MUCH better than I did when I first arrived. I will definitely be returning to College Park Honda for ALL of my cars needs in the future. THANKS SHARON!! More
