Bruno talked with me addressed all my questions n answered questions I came up with last minute...I ended up buying a new Honda cr-v 2013. (Which I loved the moment I saw it). I met the Dealer online Edward, he was great from the time I went there he kept his appointment and he walked me all the way through. Then it was "THE MAN" they call him "BRUNO", he is the best, he assis time I went there he kept his appointment and he walked me all the way through. The only issue I have is with the "service employees" one of them tried to be "slick" and tell me I have to receive this service and etc. The only person I usually call on is "BRUNO" and he gets to the bottom of it. YOU NEED TO GET ON THOSE"'SERVICE EMPLOYEES", they try to be slick instead of professional. More

Carlos Gomez helped my find the exact color and model I wanted to test drive. He handed me the keys and told me to enjoy the ride. Having the opportunity to test drive a car on your own, is priceless. After I got back he asked if I wanted to discuss purchasing the car, but in no way pressured me into sitting down. It was clear that I could just leave if I was not happy with the car. Carlos brought me an offer, I countered and the deal was done. There was a fair amount of waiting between steps, but it was a weekend, and I had prepared for it. Financing was very easy and we got that done quickly. Carlos helped me move all my stuff from one car to the other, and walked me through all the cars features. Other then waiting for a bit, the experience was painless and much better then I had anticipated. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or that any part of the deal was glossed over or hidden. I was very happy with Carlos and College Park Honda and would recommend them both! More

I bought my new 2013 Honda Accord LX auto last weekend at College Park Honda and my experience there couldn't be more happier! Not only was the price they offered me the lowest I could find, but also working College Park Honda and my experience there couldn't be more happier! Not only was the price they offered me the lowest I could find, but also working with Waleed, wow, is just a very happy experience you could ever dream of for buying a car, not only because of his professionalism, but also his nature of a nice person who is willing to offer any help to make the whole process easier, happier! I was trading-in my old Honda Civic and their appraised value is much lower that the one I got from Carmax, which I could totally understand since Carmax's appraised value was way out of my expectation too. He was so nice that he drove all the way up to Laurel Carmax to pick me up after I dropped off my old car at Carmax, which surely save me some bucks on getting a temporary plate for the new car but, more importantly, he made me feel like he's one of my family member... I stopped at College Park Honda because a warning service light came on. I live an hour and a half away and was not familiar with College Park Honda.
